it was really not an installation but more of a delivery. Overall was good and I knew how to connect the water so was not an issue. Best Buy uses third party to deliver to you will see an unmarked truck come up

Terrible customer service installation teams. First team delivered washer, dryer, and parts and left them in my livingroom. They looked at area and proceeded to inform I was missing a part. I returned to purchase the missing part. I received an email that night to set up an installation appointment, the first available appointment was 4 days later. Upon arrival second installation team informed me they can proform all installations. I showed him where my connection was and wouldn't you know it, he said he wouldn't be able to install my appliances. I did not have any problems with my prior front loader set.

These techs waited while I went to a local Best buy to get a stacking rack in wasn't told that I needed. Unfortunately they hooked up the hot and cold water feed backwards so I had to pull the units out to fix. Not a big deal but annoying. What did I pay for then?

2nd try on delivery of a GE profile washer - both have been damaged. Seems like a factory issue because the boxes are not damaged.

A must purchase with the appliance. Nothing special

The delivery/installation was not to the standards I would assume Best Buy expects. One of the two delivery men was surly, never once looked at me, left all of the cut tie wraps (zip ties) on the floor of my laundry room, and (in moving the washer) knocked the dryer hose from the rear of the dryer, causing the laundry room to fill with humidity and lint. The other individual only helped bring the washer to the house. I was very disappointed in this experience.

I paid for installation of the washer. When it was dropped off, the workers were very clear but they would not take five minutes to put it onto the Samsung pedestal. They said it’s not on the work order and they refused to do it. Two points— it was not made clear to me when I was interacting with the website but this was not included. What is installation if it isn’t matching the washing machine with its matching pedestal? Second point, why don’t you guys just take five minutes to do it? Now you got an irritated customer

Professional service, gave good usage advice to help

The two men installing the washer were courteous. They appeared to do a good job with the installation. However, the hot water was connected to the cold water valve on the washer; the cold water was connected to the hot water valve outlet. It took me awhile to figure out why I was unable to get a cold water wash. Several black shirts became very faded due to the cold outlet being connected to the hot water. I finally realized the problem after searching for a couple of hours on the LG website. I could not get a verbal answer from LG. I called a plumber who fixed the problem that your installment team created.

The shorter of the 2 Technicians broke off the hot water faucet at the well when installing the washing machine and hot water shot out of the wall until the water was shut off outside. Per the plumber that I had to hire to fix the faucet the rubber washers that he used were used not new. I should be reimbursed for the installation as the Best Buy technicians did not install the washer Reimburse my card

Truck took forever to get in the complex as they did not know how to read instruction to have the gate opened by me, the homeowner. They parked the truck right next to fire hydrant and would not move the truck even as told of violation, etc. Did not bring a tarp to make sure they don't dirty the new carpet - I had to do it for them. they did not clean up after delivery and installation. when they left, I noticed the lines were not installed properly as well as the washer was not balanced. I had to call service 5 times to get this right but they only balanced the unit- still other stuff was not done.

I installed my washing machine no issues it was easy.

Haven't had it long enough to notice any issues as yet.

When product was delivered which took forever the people that installed washer and dryer never even turned water on so I personally had to move everything turn on water which hoses were loose and dripping after I turned on water

Worst customer service! Delivery date was pushed out 3 x then when they finally came, they refused to install the items. Later, I received an apology email. The items still sit in my garage to this date(purchased July2024) since I can’t install them myself.

I've spent enough time trying to get Best buy out to my house so hate to spend more on a review, but hopefully I can save someone from enduring the same problems I went through. Best Buy (dork squad or whatever they call themselves) has no connection with the actual installation companies that come to install. The 3rd time they came out the guys actually tried to ask my wife for money on the side to install the W/D even though it was supposed to be 'free installation' dont fall for the trap - just go to Home Depot, Sears, or anyone else...I know I will next time

Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever encountered. Horrible. On the first TWO unsuccessful attempts to make a delivery, crew arrived without the stacking kit. On the third unsuccessful delivery, crew arrives with the stacking kit,but no appliances. The FOURTH UNSUCCESSFUL delivery the crew refused to install the stackable washer/dryer. THE FIFTH ATTEMPT TO DELIVER AND INSTALL IS SCHEDULED FOR THIS MONDAY. IM NOT VERY OPOMISTIC. Honestly it takes effort to be this incompetent and claim to be employable.
