If I could give 0 stars I would. Entire experience has been a nightmare. First delivery was a refurb washer, 2nd delivery replaced washer and now a little over one month old and washer sounds like a tornado on the spin cycle. Called BB and no help about exchange, directed me to LG. Spent 1k for a washer that already has issues.

I would like to give negative stars if possible. The guys that came to deliver and install my washer were very unprofessional. They ASSUMED that they would not be able to fit the washer thru the basement door and left my residence without telling anyone what was going on. After I called Best Buy they returned and stated that they had a TV to deliver nearby and wanted to do that 1st. After begrudgingly bringing in the washer they refused installation saying my inlet pipes looked rusty and he didn't want to touch them. My dad really installed the washer.

When the installers arrived I notified them that the washer and dryer had been brought upstairs but the steamer was not installed nor were the washer and dryer in the correct order. The washer should be on the left of the dryer. They used an additional part to the kit I had purchased per Best Buy’s recommendation and told me that is all they could do. They didn’t have the parts to hook up the washer from the distance needed and wouldn’t switch the doors so that I could transfer laundry easier. Considering how much money I spent and the time it took before someone could come install the units this was a waste of time.

3rd Party came to install the washer and dryer. In looking at the electrical, they let us know the dryer socket needed to be changed and would need to reschedule installation for the dryer. In the meantime, they were supposed to hook up the washer and make sure it was working. Long story short, they didn't. Wife turned the water on to wash clothes and it sprays water everywhere. We called Best Buy to get them to have someone come back out and got the runaround and never got a call back, they are now closed. So we get to wait another 2 days for them to come out to install the dryer and fix the washing machine. Not impressed.

Drivers did not think much of Best Buy and their policies.

Had numerous problems with the install of my machines

They were in and out quickly. Called about 30 mins ahead. However, they mixed up the hot and cold water supply lines. I didn't realize this until after the first wash, which was my "machine wash cold" delicates.

Difficult Communicating, skill level fair, personality fair somtimes controversial

The installers said my hose connection was a little rusty and would not connect, I had a guy doing some tile work and he hooked it up just fine, a month later and no issues with the hose connection.

Installation was easy and they did a good job but I noticed they used my old washer heat and cold water lines and Didn’t leave the new ones that I got charged for. So no happy about that.

Installation was good but the installer was rude. The installer did not want to put something in his shoes to protect the floor until I told him he would only enter in my house with this shoes cover.

The delivery was quick but the delivery team scuffed the wall along with delivering an item that had scratches and gouges on the front door. Best Buy corrected this and was better the second time around, but the product should not have been delivered originally.

on installation day the technician installed both washer and dryer, and i was stoked, but.. after installation i noticed a few issues and after doing so literally a day after i noticed the doors were unhinged, and then there was cracks, dents , and scratches on the doors and walls, made me wondered what had happend seing that both washer and dryer got installed, and then after looking in my driveway i noticed other tools just tossed on my side of my property. which made me wonder even more and after calling best buy/ geek squad, i am still waiting for a response (4 months going on 5)

It took two trips to install the washer because the first guy didn't want to do it. The second guy shows up several days later and doesn't understand why the first guy said he couldn't do it.

Did not deliver on 9/11 as promised. Delivery occurred on 9/16. Installer was hurried and couldn't wait for floor to be swept and cleaned under existing washer and dryer. Done in 5 min.

Washer was not installed.I was informed by the technician from Best Buy that he could not install. He said to have a plumber fix the corroded faucet. There were no signs of leaks or corrosion. He insisted it could not be installed. Emergency plumber came out and noticed the lack of corrosion, as the faucets are brass. The cost was over $300 and would not have been if BB tech didn’t insist. I called BB and no return call. No stars.

Delivery person did not install because he didn’t have what he needed to install Very rude service And to top off he was alone to deliver huge washer and dryer

Very bad experience with the vendor who came to install my Refrigerator, washer and dryer. Despite being having total tech membership and paid for all the accessories required for the installation, they charged me $160.00 for a pipe extension and water valve replacement. Upon asking receipt, they mentioned that you will get in 24 hours which till date I did not get it even after multiple follow ups. Extremely unhappy with the installation services. Will not recommend to use.
