During installation, apparently there was some cosmetic damage to the sheet metal on the left side. The installers did not point out this damage, and once the machine was pushed back into place, it was difficult to see. Damage was not discovered until 7/23 when we had pedestals delivered & the installation crew noted & pointed out the damage. By this point, we were past the 15 day return window. I did call Best Buy Appliance Resolution number & was able to resolve the issue, but disappointed the initial install crew didn't make us aware of the damage.

Disgusted with bestbuy and their third party delivery/ installers. Unlicensed, rude, cancelled 1st attempt, 2nd attempt they left my appliances in the driveway and told me if I had an issue to complaint to bestbuy and left. 3rd attempt and they had no tools to properly install a gas dryer hose. Bestbuy customer service lack the education to deal with issues and only 2 supervisors per shift. I regret purchasing my washer and dryer from bestbuy. I’ve left several complaints, 3 case numbers and not one follow up.

Delivery was to include new hoses I purchased and hall-away of old washer. Guys "couldn't remove" the old hot water hose so both old hoses stayed in place. He was afraid of "damaging the pipes if he tried to hard" (according to my wife). I'm 72 and certainly not musclebound and when I got home I was able to take a wrench and get them off. The old washer was a front loader that was on a pedestal and my wife asked them if they would remove it so we could give it to our niece for her front loader. They said NO and loaded it and left. I called Geek Squad and they were to contact me that night to see where the pedestal was but we never got a call or a return call to my call the next day.

I have already filled out a survey for this installation. I was totally ignored. I can't imagine this survey will produce different results. I will not ever buy anything from Best Buy appliances again. It was installed incorrectly, water emptied on to the floor and then leaked through the vent to our lower level and had to be sopped up there. We have pictures of the wet lower level. I was told several times that I would be contacted to deal with the damage, I haven't and don't expect to be contacted now. Best Buy said it was the installer, the installer said it was probably the washing machine. Pointing fingers at each other, a poor, poor way to deal with a problem.

I was asked by the BB salesman whether my washer was on the left or the right. I told him that it was on the right, which is apparently the opposite of most set ups. He told me he would ensure the delivery guys knew all about this and even added a dryer hinge reversal, free of charge. The delivery guys installed these in reverse, and they stretched both the dryer vent and the washing machine hoses to their max to do it. They didn't reverse the dryer hinge. And they ran a test cycle, but they left the manuals in the washer! I opened it after they left to find my manual floating in a plastic bag in a full drum. The plastic did its job - the manual is intact - but delivery/installation was the pits.

They did not bring proper equipment for install...

The worst experience, guys came out complaining they only had 20 minutes to deliver, install, hall away washer & dryer ended up causing a leak from being so rough on pvc and then has the audacity to report it was there prior, refused to remove and reuse my old pedestals I had to undo the bolts on pedistals because they refused and wanted to take them, whilst breaking a bracket when they lifted the washer. all this whole on the phone with Best Buy and them cursing. Called geek squad, went to store without real resolution. Be aware Best Buy uses 3rd party.

The link I received was for my washer installation. The team that came was not at all interested in doing the job. I had to get a contractor to do the install that ended up costing as much as the unit.

A person who delivered and installed my washing machine was very polite and professional. However, after using the washing machine few times right after the installation, water hose came off and flooded my house. After trying to fix it myself failed 2 to 3 more times with more flooding, I learned watchIng YouTube video how to connect water hose to a washing machine the right way. Thankfully I had a right tool in my tool box. It was a very frustrating evening for me. I’m sure (hope) it was a rare case. As I mentioned I liked how the person who delivered and installed the machine was very polite.

WASHES OK IT SEEMS LIKE.STILL MOVES IN SPIN CYCLE.REPAIREMAN SAID THAT IS JUST THIS MODEL AND CANT BE FIXED.HE SAID I COULD UPGRADE TO BETTER MODEL!!!!!! ISINT THAT GREAT.I THOUGHT IT COULD BE LEVELED?

Installation by 3rd party, not to Best Buy quality. For some reason, the washer arrived with scratches on the top side and one scratch on the side. Water pipes were installed in a messy way that left large gap behind the washer. Did not feel or look right. Best Buy saved the situation by replacing the unit. However, it was a hassle. I love Best Buy, but hated the 3rd party quality and service.

Best buy can mot get anyone to insaltall my appliances. They can't even deliver my appliances.

Never came with washer. The arrived once, had me open all my doors, said I’ll be back. I waited inside and they took off without notice or explanation. I had to call to get answers. They never delivered or installed my washer so I canceled the order. Bought at another store who delivered and installed the same day when it took Best Buy almost 2 weeks to NOT DO! No one in management called me to follow up and apologize. Just treated like garbage and ignored

It was a "Fail" We made sure to schedule it on a Saturday so I could be there for the installation. Did all the preparation including disassembling the existing washer for removal. at the very last minute we get a call that the install is cancelled and the earliest would be the following Thursday. I know had to take off work to be there. The person was very unprofessional and demining will not purchase from Best Buy again.

It was not difficult to connect to the appliances.

Delivery guys brought open units not boxed and starting cutting into the house to make the hose fit. My husband used the equipment we had to purchase and it fit no problem. Scheduled on a Tues, text over and over stating I need to set an appointment date. I go back, have to select what is available so now it's Thurs delivery. I get a call night before saying they can't delivery in my appointment window of 7am-1pm so now I'm 1-4 pm. Great, cancel class. Guess what time they arrive? 4. Not friendly, just there. Are the appliances suppose to arrive without a box or anything protective around them?

First washer leaked and was scratched. Second washer didn’t drain and the door locked until it was manually drained through the tiny hose in the front of the washer as n inch off the ground. Third washer finally worked, hours of hassle, weeks without a washer and three trips to the store later. Store gave us the phone number to call for compensation of our time and we were mailed a gift card. Horrible experience.

Was returning but second delivery guy noticed that first delivery had connected water hoses backwards.

I’m very upset with BB installation team for this big purchase. 1st time: dryer was not installed because no kit was purchased! I bought online, the system should include everything. I had to buy dryer kit at BB. 2nd installation: the exhausted pipe not 5” above the floor! They came & did not install, said I must hire contractor to install the pipe 5” above the floor! Why didn’t they told me on the first time? Save cost for BB because I won’t take time to schedule with BB the 2nd time

Had to have out twice Did load of laundry and the washer was was moving on spin and leaking from hose lucky it was in basement close to drain Second time out still no tools and did not have the time of day to do anything except you need a block for leg of washer and PVC for hose I was assured by dispatch they had everything on the truck and they said that they carry anything When I had my own handyman to help he said they needed a wrench to take legs down and a leveler Really thinking of returning Did make multiple trips to store and sales rep did say all machine are noise!! I hope my dryer continues to work!!!
