It's always nerve-racking when you have to have a new appliance delivered and installed, but the guys from Best Buy are always top-notch. They were on-time, took special care not to damage the doorways or the new appliances, and they quickly hauled away the old appliances with equal amount of care. They were also knowledgable about the product and advised us on using it for the first time. Overall, it was a stress-free experience.

Within my 2 hour window of delivery and installation, there was only 10 minutes I wasn't available -- I had to run and pick up my child from school. And that's when Russell and Darnelius showed up. When I told them I absolutely had to go pick up my son, Russell said, "That's ok, we'll wait." And they did. I was very appreciative. And the installation was seamless. He showed me how to work it and how to load the clothes. Great guys!

Installers were on time, fast, and professional, but switched the hot and cold water lines when they hooked it up so that my first load was washed with hot water when I chose cold only. That and the machine wasn't leveled so it walked on the spin cycle. I had to pull the machine out to reconnect the lines correctly and the level it up myself. Not awesome.

The people who came to install the washer were very friendly and set up the washer quickly and correctly. They even hauled off my old one.

Washer installation went very smooth. I didn't have to worry about a thing where to hook up hoses and all that. Love how the crews are well trained, kind, very professional, and knowledgeable. Love the best buy crews delivery teams. Best buy at its best!

Overall the installation of the washer was flawless. The two gentlemen carried it up 2 flights of stairs with ease and installed it pretty quickly. I was even shown the basic functions of the machine. My only complaint is that one of the delivery men misunderstood a system error and tried to give me hell for giving bad contact info. My contact info was updated in the store at the time of purchase. I later found out that there are 2 Bestbuy systems that sometimes do not talk to one another (not my fault). He also walked through my multi-level home unsupervised to go get paperwork while leaving the other guy with me and that made me feel uncomfortable

Oh my goodness- the two men that delivered and installed our washing machine were just so amazing. They were kind, informative, efficient... everything I could have asked for!

The LG washer and dryer works well. But the service from bestbuy was the worst. They do not honor their word and everyone keep sending you in circles. Both these products Sept but bestbuy installed in Nov due to lack of communication and customer service. I will never buy from bestbuy again.
