Appliance installation was horrible. The installer created a bogus reason not to install the washer. Two times! I returned the product and will NEVER use BB for a large appliance which includes installation. N.B. Previous purchase of a large T.V with BB went flawlessly. Electronics, fine. Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.

Best Buy customer service is email is horrible!!!!multiple deliveries, kept bringing the wrong appliances!!!

The install was terrible. They were not friendly and seemed bothered that I asked questions. The dryer was leaking water all over the floor out of the vent kit. I moved the dryer to look at it and the vent kit fell off because they didn’t attach it correctly. I also noticed they had seriously dented the vent kit and ruined it by moving the dryer on top of it. Great dryer and experience at Best Buy, but terrible experience with the install.

They dented the washer and didn’t connect the hoses properly.

Adjacent cabinet was scratched and bottom facia plate was not attached correctly. I will have to go back and fix them.

After one week the anchorage between the washer and dryer is loose.

I had a washer installed yesterday and I was so excited to do laundry at home since my washer died a few months ago. I'm pretty sure all that is missing is a clamp for the drain hose but that was enough to flood my laundry room when I went to use it for the first time. And now what should have been installed properly yesterday is sitting with wet clothes inside and I have a basket of soaked towels from cleaning up the flood. And customer service cant get anyone out here until Monday.

Oops- someone forgot to tighten drain hose. Came loose and flooded utility room. Luckily I was home and no damage. Tub full of wet clothes but repairman came quickly and saved the day.

The installation was terrible. The installed broke a pipe in my wall. I had to call a plumber to fix it because I had no water - all water to the house was turned off. Best Buy refused to pay the plumbing bill ($500+) for emergency service. The wall had to be repaired after the plumber had to cut into it to fix the pipe. Best Buy refused to pay for wall repair also. Think twice about having Best Buy install ANYTHING! You may be on the hook for a costly repair.

Delivery guys were rushed and used force to install washer, denting the side of it, and then moved one of the make/model stickers and put it on the dent to hide it hoping I wouldn’t see it. It’s not a huge dent, it’s just dishonest.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Do not recommend Best But for installation/delivery. The delivery men told us we would have to sign a waiver because there would (not might) there would be damage if they brought the dryer in through the basement. If we didn’t have someone here strong enough to do it, the dryer would have been returned. They huffed, puffed, swore while removing an old unit. Completely unprofessional and inexperienced.

The washer was just installed and it’s very unbalanced. It’s sounds like the one I had to replace.

Not good service at all. I'm in my early 70s, recently fractured my elbow, but it was me who had to turn off the water supply because the installer said that he was unable to. He also said that he wasn't able to install the correct venting tube from the dryer to outside, and just reattached the old one. I'm fairly sure that he said and did that to save himself some work and time, because he and his partner arrived way later than they were supposed to and didn't bother to let me know that they'd be late.

I was not present when the washer was installed but after several loads I noticed the water temperature was wrong. They flipped the lines when installing so I had to flip them to the correct position.

I had them come out twice and the machine is still shaking. Looks like they were suppose to take foam out of washer bin after they install so may have to call again. No choice but for them to install so saying would recommend.

Ordered washer, dryer, and pedestals. They arrived late in the day, took 2+ hours to install because they did not know how to install the pedestals, left parts uninstalled, left the shipping bolts in the washer which causes the machine to shake uncontrollably. Called for a reinstall that person was rude and simply did not want to address the issue then hung up. Called support 5 times today only to get routed to dead air. Called the local store only to have the trigger a visit and then cancel it as completed. If I could give this whole process zero stars I would!!!

After a month of trying to figure out why we were running out of hot water often I realized that the installer hooked up hot and cold water backwards. this isn't acceptable as there only duties are to level it, power it and hook it up for water!

Terrible experience with the install. They did not bring all the parts needed and couldn’t come back for another week. Then, when they did come back, they still did not install everything completely nor correctly. I had to hire a handy man to finish the job we paid Best Buy to do. Will go elsewhere next time :(
