Scheduled installation when purchased the machine. The installers had very poor command of the English Language and I unfortunately did not learn Macedonian, only Russian, Czech and Yugoslavian in college. The did not have the screws needed to attach the washer to the pedestal base and walked out while I was on the phone with Best Buy Customer Service who was going to tell the installers to return to the warehouse to pick up the screws to complete the installation.

Phone is very confusing to use. It should be a very simple phone but instead it was hard to operate. The battery life is average at best. I am not too happy with the phone.

best buy sent a third party which did a horrible job at taking my washer and dryer up stars.. mind you i just finish remodeling my new home i bought the best of the best washer and dryer but best buy send two guys that were not professional did not instal my dryer the right way the left the water hose just sitting on top of my dryer i call geek squad right then and there and they tell me to call later since its still not in the system ... yall think people have all day for your mistake what a waste of 4,000.00 and purchased a 5 year warranty god only knows how thats going to be like

The installer's arrived over two hours late. I received an email notice that the arrival time would be between 8am and 12pm but that wasn't the case. Very polite and professional once they arrived but never explained why they were late.

They didn't listen when I told them not to park in my neighbor's yard. I asked them to please pull in the driveway, they said "It's fine, it won't take long" Refused to follow directions. When I asked him to level the washer, he gave it a shove and said "That's about where it should be" When I used my own level after my first off balance load, it showed it was not right. Water lines tangled and a mess. They dented my dryer. Just all around poor service

I wanted to replace my old washer, which had a dryer stacked above it. The team refused to replace it because they wanted me to get someone to take the dryer out before they do their work and then get another one to reinstall the dryer again. They took forever to contact the customer service which replied after an hour on waiting only to give me two options: either they leave it at the door and reschedule installation by another team in 10 days or take it back with them. I asked them to leave it outside, and I brought a plumber who took care of installation altogether.

The Best Buy installers did not take the time to make sure it was balanced. When the washer is spinning, there is a loud banging noise and the machine moves across the room.

Absolutely the RUDEST delivery person I have ever encountered. He took a phone call while doing the installation, and when he walked to the truck told his friend we should really clean our house. Yeah, I have two year old twin toddlers and you walked through their playroom to get to the laundry room. So yeah, it was cluttered. But there was nothing in my house that warranted that kind of comment. He also removed his mask while in my house when he thought we were not looking. I am so infuriated. This guy should be fired immediately.

This washing machine was terrible. It doesn't wash the clothes on top and doesn't wash with enough water. Not only that but the entire purchasing experience and return was the worst purchasing experience I've ever had. The best part was the three sets of delivery men who came to my house to pick up the machines.

Guys said dethatching old washer " too hard, too corroded, won't budge "...... said I'd " have to hire a plumber to detach it "...... My young daughter went down later that night and EASILY just unscrewed the old washer from pipe. THEN trying to get a REAL IN PERSON Manager on ph was Impossible..... No Help at BEST Buy :(

Came to install, took an hour just to install and when it is installed it was not proper install. Had to removed it and reinstalled it. Had minor scratches on the doors and sides.

we have had many appliances delivered from best buy as well as many other places when we purchased appliances or furnature. this crew on this devilery did not come with the proper item needed to hook up our washers and then tried to pass the blame off on the scheduling people stating they were not allotted enough time to install the washers. the damaged our dryer side and hid it against the wall which i only found out when i had to move the dryer to install the washers myself. love best buy and the service usually but this delivery crew was not good and we were extremely disappointed.

They carried the machines in and out nicely. But I had to fix the installation. They had attached the hot and cold hoses swapped. And I think there are some new scratches on the tile floor.

All seemed fine with delivery and install of my washer. The men checked machines before they left. I went to do my first load of laundry and receive a check water line message. They connect the cold water to the hot water lines. Now my husband is re-installing the washer. Called best buy to try to file this complaint and maybe have the men come back and the agent i spoke with gave me no assistance, and her phone line continued to break up making it hard to understand. Very poor experience overall.

Delivery person did not stack the machines like we wanted, he insisted it wasn’t possible. So we bought a longer dryer cord somewhere else, and guess what? It worked.

Noticed that clothes from cold water wash came our warm. During installation, the technicians reversed the cold and hot water hoses. We had to reconnect them to the correct spigots.

Installers were late, machine was dinged on top, installer called on that but his phone ran out of battery before anything was resolved. I had to ask how to run the machine, his "test run" was 15 seconds. Not good. They were in a rush.

I’d skip on the free installation. The guys were extremely rude. As if they were mad they had to work. The delivery guys started talking crap about me over a simple request. Absolutely atrocious service. My husband had to instal an extra hose for the steam function for our dryer. We even cancelled the 5 year warranty because if that’s the kind of service Best Buy offers we’d rather take our chances. Not worth the free installation. Call your local handy man for a superior service and customer service.

All 4 staff members were courteous, polite, and friendly, and I can find no fault with them. BUT THERE WAS NO INSTALLATION. The two people who delivered the machine were supposed to install it, but didn't know how. I made another appointment for the installation and two more people came two days later. They too had no idea how to hook everything up, and told me no one does this type of installation. I guess you get what you pay for.... no charge.... no service. A SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE OFFERRED WHEN THERE IS NO WAY THEY CAN PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

Because of COVID19, didn’t received this service. Left the washer inside the garage and nothing else. Understood employees safety but had to carry the machines to my basement and installed them.
