Still waiting for a replacement, it has been a month without washer. Geek squad and Best buy are unprofessional. You haven’t figured it out how to solve the problem and been jerked us around for a month. We paid over $5000 and this is what we get. We are considering ti cancel our royalty customers PS. My vinyl floor was torn up from the guy that came to install our dryer and washer and we haven’t anything bad after addressed the issue if i can if a zero star i will!

They came in and just throught it in the laundre room no balance no test nothing, good thing is its free for us elite costumer because if it wasnt I would just send it back

This geek team did not complete what they left. The laundry room in the newly built house has the water outlet down to the drain. They just have to simply knock it out by one hit. They set the washer up and let me call the builder to come to knock the water outlet. It just took the builder one minute. Since they did not test the washer to see if it leeks. I have to chat with bestbuy online to get a re-do service. The agent promised a new service and a confirmation email. But I never get it back. Really upset about this service.

Best buy says they offer moving install services that they don't. What a waste of my time. I've never had such poor experience as a customer. Their techs don't know what services they offer, their installers can't set up a washer or dryer correctly, then someone else has to come out and fix it later. What a nightmare.

Service was excellent however, while our washer worked perfectly for the first 10 days, unfortunately, the drain hose was improperly installed, it dislodged, and our machine drained and flooded our downstairs. We reached out to Best Buy over a week ago and have yet to hear back. This is what we are basing our professionalism and expertise score on.

They were prompt to deliver the washer and dryer and got it mounted on the pedestal - the only downside is we have this installed on a drain pan and they did not adjust the feet on the pedestal to prevent wobbling of the machine

The guys who finally came and installed the washing machine did a good job. Getting to that point was awful. Best Buy is a broken brand.

Installation was unsuccessful, the power cord would not reach the outlet (the previous washer easily reached), and the discharge hose would not reach the drain hookup.

I’ve spent hours and dozens of calls so i don’t have a lot of energy to explain. The installers came 4 times. First two refused to install, third installed, said he needed to go to his truck before leveling the stackable unit. Instead, left with the door wide open. My dog escaped. Fourth time, they said the third installer did the worst job he’d ever seen. Hired a plumber after #4 and he said #4 was the worst install he’d ever seen. I’m not being hyperbolic when I say it is actually negative 22 stars out of 5. All the poop emojis

I was slightly disappointed with my installation service. After the installers left I had water leaking from my new washer and it was a bit of a process to have another technician come out to assess the issue

Hate to give a bad review because the guys were great but caused a leak and therefore main water was shutoff until a plumber could arrive. They were quick with the claim.

The people didn’t come on time. Also they where unable to install the washer because of missing parts. The washer it self works good

Have used BestBuy delivery several times in New Jersey and Florida with no problems. Ordered a LG washer and ventless dryer for my daughter in California. The first 4 deliveries were damaged. Also, Installers were not familiar with how to install a a ventless dryer which requires a connection to a tray which needs to be emptied after each load, or, a special smaller hose connected to the washer discharge. If you live in LA, install it yourself. It's not complicated.

ORDER #81751637...9/10/2022 Hot and Cold hoses were reversed.... and zip-stripped washer drain hose to part of faucet of drain tub. Had Geek Squad to correct issue and this team safely secured the washer drain hose to to the tub. Unfortunately this issue was not discovered right away. ! The Geek Squad, on 9/10/2022 completed Order #81751637 very quickly and professionally.! We would recommend them to others!!

The gentleman installed the water lines incorrectly. it took about 3 or 4 washes for us to realize that only scalding HOT water would be used for all washes. it compromised some of our cloths. we called Maytag service and they identified the problem when they came out. now, the hot water doesn't come out. we asked geeksquad to come back out and fix. appointment upcoming. if we can resolve on next visit will update the rating.

Never installed due to code process according to installers. Informed us to call customer service after 2 days to request refund and they will indicate what happen. Talk to cus rep, no reason or never cancel the installation till I did. Called twice to get refund and never process till now. Cus rep are so frustrating! Instead of getting a refund, after I called 2 days my card was hack and someone used it online thru Best Buy but didn’t know where did the hacker use?! Till now I never get my refund nor my new card.

I would write zero because they literally told me I didn’t need to buy anything else the technicians would handle it than they came no parts provided and they claimed they were not able to install it in the kitchen. I was able to connect it myself

100% do not use them for install or delivery. Awful service and customer service after the fact. they washed the entire manual and instructions in the "test cycle" and to make matters worse they Unplugged my fridge to plug in the washing machine and spoiled all my food. I called to complain and they told me to write an email which of course no one responded too. NEVER AGAIN!!! worst experience ever

using the new hoses that I bought. They couldn't get the old hoses off and told me to spray WD-40 and connect the hoses myself! Installation was incomplete.

Person installing said it didn’t fit going down the stairs. To which I said you gotta you just gotta lift it 2 feet from the ground and the person said. We don’t do that . It took my dad and I 15 mins to bring it down and put it in place. I only spoke to one of the two and he smelled like he just finished drinking a 6 pack all by himself. This was my first purchase with Best Buy. Extremely disappointed. If you don’t want to work just quick so somebody that needs it does the job.
