without inspecting the area properly, he refused to install the washer. Does not have proper knowledge of the job. gave too many excuses that needed plumbing job! Later I did the installation without doing any plumbing job or anything else except installing the washer! Also my delivery appointment was between 9;00am to 1;00 pm ! he did show up at 6;00pm , giving excuses that his truck broke down! total disappointment!

Washer install did not go well. Token washer connection and pipes caused flood. Needed experienced install experts that can handle issues like this as they come up.

The installer stated my water connection was inverted, cold was to the left and hot was to the right, therefore, he installed it contrary to the correct installation. Therefore, when washing using cold temperature, water was coming out steaming hot, and vice versa. I had to bring and pay someone to reconnect the water installation to the washer.

Left item not working. Was not balanced. Door did not lock properly.

Did not have all the parts to install the washer I had to go out and buy them myself. Not drivers fault. Original delivery crew called off at last min.

I was rescheduled 3 times for the following reasons: 1) truck broke down 2) someone forgot to mention it was a gas dryer, so they need special team to install gas 3) for the convenience of their delivery schedule that day, I was bumped back from the 8-12 time slot for the 12-4 time slot (found out less than 24 hours in advance)... They did not show up until 5pm Each time I was rescheduled, it was delayed at least a week out. So from the time I ordered my appliance, until the time I was able to use them was roughly 3 weeks. The guys were nice and did their work- but I would NEVER recommend the company.

All the transport/shipping hardware was not removed by the installation crew. After reading the manual, I had to go and remove a couple more pieces of transport/shipping hardware.

1) I put note that the installation team shall notify me about 30 min prior to their arrival. They didn't do it. 2) Because there was no pan as required to collect water in case of leakage, the team did not install the washer. They promised that the installation fee would be refunded. I have not seen the refund. 3) Right after the delivery by the Geek Squad team, I have received two fishing emails claiming payments for warranty were charged to my credit card. This kind of email will keep coming every month.

I wish I could review the installation, but they never actually installed it.... Came out twice to install and each time told me something was wrong with my water lines and they couldn’t do it. I paid a plumber twice to come out and tell me everything was fine. Eventually paid the plumber to hook it up because BestBuy kept pushing it off. When I called customer service to complain, they told me I had to take a picture of the hook up to prove it was done and go into a store to show them. Worst service ever, I will never deal with BestBuy again.

Nice dryer but we can’t utilize all of its features. Installers did not leave instructions and 4 phone calls and a trip to the store didn’t resolve it.

When they installed my dryer the broke the vent install kit, it looked like swiss cheese. And they didn't even take the seal off of the floor to let the dryer vent outside. But for real who installs broken parts? If they didn't have a spare, say something so it could get rescheduled not install it broken and run away

Best Buy changed the status of this order to complete. This washer was not put on the pedestal I purchased from Best Buy, even though I paid for the installation. No follow-up, either. This was to replace another washer I received from Best Buy, and a year after pruchase, the washer exploded.

I am not happy. Waiting 6 weeks to get help is inexcusable! Finding that someone (Geek) could have come out to replace the hood is upsetting, but then I found out the original washer was not installed correctly and the dryer vent wasn’t hooked up…ugh!!!

Waited one whole month for a replacement machine because mine broke after a coupe uses and they finally delivered me a dented replacement.

Love the set i bought but they had to come over 3 times before it was finally leveled right

Have to get my washer repaired due to it most likely not being properly leveled during installation

When they arrived I was told that they could not hook up the washer

The first washer came super dented and the second took 3 more weeks to come in.
