Delivery guys were not willing to install my washing machine as they did not like how my current hoses looked. I agreed I would take care of the hose when I got home. The delivery driver told me to call in the morning to have them come back the following day to complete the installation and haul away my old machine. I called back the next morning and was told I would have to wait several days to have them return. Then they missed the installation appointment and did not call.

Installers never came. We bought a stackable LG washer/dryer on October 14 and you have been unable to install either one for over six weeks. No-shows, no call-backs, poor internet communication, etc. You have lost about $12,000 worth of business because we are renovating and need refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and will definitely NOT be buying these appliances from Best Buy.

But the installation guys damaged my wall and I got the run around on replacing my things so I gave up but I love the washer machine

Did not installed washer professionally rather damaged our drainage and left unattended. I complained and got a case number.

That was the worst installation experience in my whole life. After he installed the washer and dryer turn them on to test them and run away because he has a 22 tv need to be delivered. After 10 min or less my laundry room was flooded of water. Took me 4 hours to fixing all the mess. I’m not sure who is fault the delivery guy who didn’t get enough attention to make his job right or best buy fault to gives them a lot of delivery in one day. But what I’m sure about it isn’t my fault and I’m really upset.

Could not install. There was a problem on my end that I had tohave fixed.

Great deal to have the washer installed for $25 but the installation team was not so great about handling the appliance or abiding by sanitary regulations.

Zero stars. The installer did not install my washer correctly and now Best Buy wants to charge me for them to fix the installation. My washer stopped working two months after it was installed. I spoke with the manufacturer (Samsung) and they informed me it was installed improperly.

Installation was not the best. They broke my pipe trying to rush through the job and was without water the whole day. Worst part was that they didn’t come back for install till like five days later

After the refrigerator install we declined to have anything else installed. The damaged items, there was no one to call to complain to.

They installed the dryer t but had a problem with the valve for the wash machine and left it there and told me to get a plumber. I was able to take it off with little effort. They seem like they were in a rush.

This installation never happened. They were under the assumption they were installing a new washer/dryer unit. This is the 2nd attempt to deliver a washer replacement. This is unacceptable. The installers are dishonest by putting they completed an installation. Also when n they said they were coming back to tell us an update. The two left.

When I pay two “professional men” to instal my washer and they hook it up wrong, well that is more than upsetting!!!!!!! If I wanted it done wrong I would of installed it myself but maybe I would of done it right One would think they would know the difference between the hot and cold water lines, well not so much!!!! I had to stay home another entire day so they could fix the problem,with no I am sorry, (same men from the first install) I made a complaint and never heard back!!!

Best Buy delivered a dryer instead of a washer. Delivery times were already extremely long. Missed a day of work. I couldn't reschedule my order until they had done all of the deliveries for the day. When I called to reschedule I was on hold for a really long time so I selected the option to have them call me back, They never called me back when I called again they were closed. Worst ever possible customer service from the very beginning to the end.

This washer installation was a bad experience that could drive away cutomers. Best Buy need to take it serious.

After the nightmare I went through with the installation of my washer and the failure of best buy to help me I will avoid best buy in the future if possible. First they didn't put my full address in their G.P.S. and went to the wrong town and argued with me that they were in front of my house. Then cancelled and had to set up a new delivery date. Then they brought the Maytag washer but wouldn't install it on my maytag washer base because I didn't buy it new from best buy. I ended up having to install it myself. It was the required base for the washer they just wanted an excuse to get out of the install.

Three attempts, the first was a machine that did not work, and was installed despite not fitting. Second delivery, they said it would not fit despite the fact that my plumber said it would, and he would install. They left the broken machine and took off with the new one. Third attempt- as I requested, just leave the machine on the carpet for someone else to install They did. Almost a month of using laundromats, an installer with a little critical thinking could have done it. A friend of mine installed in about 10 minutes.

The delivery guys were rushing and did not attempt to address a leaking issue near attachment. They left rather quickly without a word.
