When I bought the washer, I wasn't told it didn't come with the hookups for installation, so they just dropped it off and didn't tell me about the other parts I needed. I had to go back to the store to figure out why parts were missing. This was my first time buying a washer and dryer, and the guy who sold them to me never informed me that I needed to purchase additional parts. Pretty annoying, but the guy who helped me when I went back in was helpful and apologetic.

The delivery guys did not remove the shipping bolts. They also did not attach washer to pedestal. When I ran the test load, the washer was ruined. I waited a week for 2nd install person. Told me I had to order a new washer. Waited a week and a half for new washer and install. This install bolts were removed, washer attached to pedestal, but hot and cold lines were on reversed. I ran a load that I thought was on cold but it was on hot. Those clothes were ruined. Not a very install x 3 experience.

Specifically did not order this because I figured I would just have to re do it anyway. And although I said no for install and the salesman confirmed that back…the day of delivery I came home early to install and it was done. And they charged me. At this point no biggie but when they don’t secure the drain properly or to my standards and it shakes loose. I have to fix it. So check and check and triple check to make sure everything is ordered correctly. Thanks

I order a washer and dryer that was expensive enough to get free delivery and installation. The gentlemen that delivered it told me that they don’t install. And promptly left. I reviewed my receipt and seen installation. When I called about this I was transferred and hung up on. Then when I called back I was transferred and placed on a 25min hold. In which someone answered and said they can schedule me 4 more days later. This is ridiculous service for someone to be spending so much money. I am very appalled by how I was treated outside of the gentleman who made the sale.

Connected the gas line so badly it was leaking & you could smell the gas. I checked it with the soap method & noted it was leaking & tightened it myself . They switched hot & cold lines. I had to switch them to there correct faucet’s. This is NOT rocket science. Did NOT leave my receipt & I did not sign it off! These delivery people where a joke & shouldn’t be paid for the installation if I have to fix up there mess!

Installer was contracted not a Best Buy employee. Extremely slip shod installation. Did not balance the machine. Took my brother in law another two hours to level and test.

Installer did NOT test for leaks! He used a bad washer and it leaked on out first use. This was very disappointing! I fixed it myself.

I was mot happy with geek squad delivery of my washer. They left trash in my business parking lot blowing around and did nothing but plug it in.

I wound up doing it myself. The installers hemmed and hawed about my plumbing. Installed washer but didn’t turn water on. Told me my connection for dryer was wrong for new dryer and refused to install it. Called plumber who I had to pay $100 to tell me there was nothing wrong with plumbing at all. We finished installing everything ourselves, what a waste

Fair? when power was restored to our home and we were able to actually inspect the washer we were quite disappointed to find tape still on nobs and the cabinet plus wrapping material and other debris under the washer.

I finished installing everything by myself. Gas line, water line, they can’t touch all stuff . Policy.

Washer code came on that the hoses were not hooked up. Insulator left anyway. Been waiting for the past 2 hours for a call back that someone is coming back to fix.

I was very disappointed with my washer install…they told us we needed upgrades to our pipes, so we paid an additional 450 dollars and they did not complete the job. They told us we needed additional parts that we had to go to the store to get and left without completing the job. I don’t recommend.

The installed the water connections backwards, and didn’t level it. Other than that they didn’t damage anything.

The guys that came to deliver my washer left it in the driveway and jumped back in truck saying they were not going to take the old washer or hook up my new one they did not have time. I had paid for that service. I called and they sent a second team out, later in the week., The second team was professional and completed the job. I would recommend only because of the second guys that came out. I had never had this kind of toruble before.

Don't waste your money. They merely dropped the washer off without leveling it or attaching the drain hose.

After waiting 6 hours for the installers to arrive, they informed me they could not install the machine because of what they said was a corroded valve. Luckily, I was able to immediately get a plumber to look at the issue - which was a non-issue. There was nothing to fix, and the faucet only needed to be wiped off. Now I have to pay a plumber for an unnecessary house call, reschedule the removal of my old machines and installation of the new machines, and likely sit around the house for another entire day waiting for the installers to come again. If I could give the experience negative stars, I would.

After being excited about getting the washer, I was disappointed as they were in a hurry. They damaged the washer, they scraped the paint because they would not take the time to do something simple. By the time they left, I just wanted them out, and to top that off, the installer blamed me for it getting scratched because of the layout of the location...

Terrible!!!! I will never order a appliance to be delivered from bestbuy. The delivery guys were rude they scratched the appliances up when installing, while they bringing the washer/dryer up they were touching the walls. I had to clean my walls after they left they showed no concerned for my stuff and when I brought it to their attention they act as if I said nothing.never ever will I ever‼️‼️ I’ve in time past had them come hang my tv’s and they did an excellent job but this right here changed it for me
