there was no install. the tech was useless. he made a big mess. called multiple times to report the issue. and never receive any call back. i end up spending more than 2 hours to install the washer myself. not sure why i pay a useless tech to come over to mess up my house in the first place

The installers apparently did not want to bother to change the door hinge so they switched the places of the washer and dryer. This proved to be a problem later and I had to reinstall both the washer and dryer myself.

Came In took out old washer and dropped in new one and left. Didn’t level it or show how to use. Both of which are part of the install.

Because my old machine's water pipes were connected to the bottom of the sink they told me that they could not install my new machine. I was told to call a professional to remove the water pipes from under the sink. Which made no sense to me because I paid bestbuy extra who should of sent professionals becausse that was not my expertise. they juss dropped off my new machine in the living room and did not hook it up (like I paid for) or dispose my old one (another service I PAID FOR). Eventually had to do everything on my own and it isnt moving not one but two washing machines (my old and new one)

The guys that installed the washer and dryer broke one of the legs on the washer and crushed the dryer vent, i will not be using the home delivery from Bestbuy.

They installed the hoses backwards. The hot is cold and the cold is hot.

The install team was terrible...They only delivered the washer because the dryer was damaged.. They told me that since they weren't delivered as a pair that they weren't required to install the the washer!!!!! I had to make them install it...They were very rude the whole time they were here. First they rolled their dolly on my brand new floors and then I had to help them remove the dolly when they had to lift the washer!!!!very incompetent team......The second team was phenomenal....

If I could give them a zero I would. They complained about bringing it up 15 steps and when installed they installed the hot and cold backwards on the unit. Which led me to believe that the unit wasn’t working since it was not dispensing water into the unit.

These people are unprofessional, and rude. They come to deliver our washing machine and instead of knocking on the door they rung the doorbell which wasn't working at the time and instead of knocking they just left.

I had purchased the washer and dryer including installation! I even called before they came to see if I needed to prepare for this, the gentleman said just a new gas line! I asked if I purchase one from another store, found cheaper price, and was told they would. When they came they didn’t do anything! They said they don’t install gas appliances!! What the heck, they knew I purchased a gas dryer!! Extremely disappointed with BEST BUY and wouldn’t recommend there service! Cause they don’t give you any!!!

We couldn't get our appliances installed because of Covid 19 restrictions. They just dropped them off at the garage door and we had to get someone else to install.

They were quick, polite, and clean. However they did not use the correct length hose on the dryer and it caused drying issues.

The installation of my purchased machine was not done, and the old machine was not hauled away. The guy showed up at my building but never came to my apartment, and he left. He marked the service complete which was completely not true. My credit card was charged for $20 twice and the work was never completed! I have no way to reschedule on my end because of this. Bestbuy please reach out to me and help me complete this.

Installers were considerate and professional and speedy.

Didn't happen. I had to do it myself. I paid for installation and they said i didnt. I scheduled for them to come back a week lated and they showed up 2 hours early and we were not home.

They did okay, were prompt but sloppy, not attentive to quality of work, did not clarify what needed, left a small mess

I normally don't do reviews but I feel like I have to because the experience was so poor and to warn others. The installers where inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. When they attached the 4 prong electrical cord to the dryer they attached the white wire where the green wire was supposed to go and visa versa, luckily I caught it before they plugged the dryer in. Also the installers striped the water hose going to the steam dryer and water leaked onto the floor.

2 months later malfunctioning, not spinning water at all, rinses clothes and then stops. Tech from best buy came and did a home inspections and stated they could install the washer, the team came to install and said they couldnt install and it was against code, they left the washer in the middle of my home and i couldnt lift it by myself. the team that came to install it extremely rude

Very loud and shakes so hard it moves around the floor. Don’t like the water level as it barely covers the clothes......I do not like it,on any level!

They never finished installing the washer, said the fixtures were corroded, they are not, also disconnected my dryer to move the washer in and never reconnected it. Told me I did not need hoses and would refund them, did not process the refund and the hoses are not included. When I called appliance resolution, I was told the installation was free so just go hire a plumber to complete the work. Makes me question why I purchased a major appliance and a extended warranty with Best Buy
