The reason for the 1 star is because the company bestbuy used only delivered the washer and dryer. And didn’t instal because they claimed I had a broken pipe. And didn’t install the dryer either because they weren’t sure about the gas. I had to pay someone else to install both. Which I paid extra to have done. The only thing they did was come back to take the old stuff.

The delivery persons/installers. Not much experience. Needed help getting the washing machine out of the box. Built the set up in the middle of the street. Not a very neat looking install.

The men who brought the washer were unwilling to remove my old washer until I explained that I would give them an unfavorable review and contact their supervisor. Uncalled for!

Very late showing up, not even close to allotted time. Had to cancel other appointments because of this. They could have called and let know.

The installers scratched our door way into the laundry room

After we asked the installer to connect everything except the gas line since we had someone coming later to do work on it, the installer seemed annoyed and did not install anything or arrange the washer dryer the way we requested. They said the people coming later could do it. They left it as they pleased and left. They are also not licensed for plumbing or gas lines, so perhaps it’s a good thing they did not attempt to hook it up.

The dryer was installed correctly, however it was not handled carefully.

I ordered the washer and dryer on 12/30. The house I bought had none. First delivery was supposed to be 1/20. Now it’s been delayed to 2/8. I’ve had no washer or dryer for over a month. Neighbors have been kind enough to assist me with my laundry. Should have told me when I ordered these items that they did not have them in stock.

In order to get free and professional installation of my washer, I had to buy the extra equipment, (which I already had from my other washer). They told us it we installed it ourselves, it wouldn't be cover for returns, so we paid for the extra stuff to get installation. On delivery, they didn't install anything, they just left them in the middle of the living room, and they didn't deliver the staking kit we order, We couldn't get any refund for it, since I had already given away the connection parts and had to use the new ones.

It took so long for Best Buy to get someone out to do the install that our general contractor had on of his guys place the washer into place so we could complete the final inspection. When the geek squad came out to do the install, they indicated that it was installed by a non-authorized installer and would not provide proper installation.

The first washer I got was terribly installed so the washer broke it's self down and flooded my kitchen. I was told the installer was no good from the appliance fixer from Dan Mark Appliances. The second delivery was the replacement and the while telling the installer what he had to do he was not respectful to me.

I realize that the delivery drivers are probably min wage but they do represent Beat Buy. First of all I appreciated that they called to let me know that they were 30 min out. Second, I was not happy that they showed up 1.5 hours after there phone call. They said that they had truck issues. Not my problem. If you keep my up to date on what's going on I am ok and understand that things happen. All I ask for is communication. When they did get here they were not professional. I did not feel like they treated me with the respect that I deserve.

Poor Whirlpool washer installation service by Best Buy. Poor customer service by Best Buy.

Worst service. They were supposed to install it when they delivered it.but they mentioned some reason and walked away. May be they were getting late for next delivery..2nd time, they did not knock out door, left thinking we were not home. 3rd time they installed it, and problems started with product not working. It forced me to pick 1 star but my rating is 0 star.

Best Buy made 3 attempts to deliver my washer. Every time there was some problem either with the truck or their equipment. I wasted so much time waiting for them only to be disappointed by their logistics service. I ended up canceling the order

The first group (3rd party) did not install properly and the machine ended up broken and another machine had to be brought in to replace the machine.

The product is good, not happy with the installation as the dryer and washer are installed in reverse where the doors collide!

The installer did not hook up the washing machine correctly. The machine was leaking. While installing the machine he placed his wrenches on top of the glass of the washing machine very carelessly The installer did not have experience nor did he act professional. Installer refused to install the gas line for the dryer and failed to install the steam dryer to the cold water inlet I expected better from a company like Best Buy Very disappointed!!
