Installation crew had never installed that type or brand and did not know exactly how to do it

the installers were not focused on completing the task. the installers were not sufficient to complete the installation. The installers perspective had been the product was delivered, was attached to the hoses, but we're not responsible for the applicable implementation of the installation. The installers that indicated they were not taking the risk associated with troubleshooting a problem as to what prevented the equipment install from operating properly.

I am particular about things so I wouldn't recommend. I usually do things like this my self but been busy so I thought I would give it a try. Was not thrilled by the job the did.

They messed up my concrete on my floor. They didn’t put my door back the way it was and it wouldn’t close.

They couldn’t install because they didn’t have the right vent hose for the dryer and it had to be installed before the washer..

unfortunately the washing machine leaked the first time it was run. Don't know if it was the machine, or an error by the Best Buy installer but after sitting on hold for over an hour and a half, I was finally able to work out an exchange BUT they said they couldn't deliver for 3 weeks!!!! I had already waited a week for the first washer/dryer and now I have to be without a washing machine for another 3 weeks?? Totally unacceptable and very disappointed.

They said because of "inclement weather" they were unable to deliver. This put us in a serious bind that they were unwilling to accommodate. We were going to have to wait an other week for delivery in which they selected the delivery date we could not meet. Ended up traveling an hour to pick the product up from the store and install it myself.

I don't know why your records do not show that the two items were not installed. They said that they could not install because I did not order the kit to stack the units. Your website did not tell me that I needed to order. I told them to take it back and cencel the order which has not happened. Your service is not good so I do not want be buy any products from your company. Please refund my money.

Wasn’t done. Third party who delivered washer refused to bring in washer due to a poor excuse. Therefore installation wasn’t done. My husband and friend ended up bringing it in and installing. Reported to customer service. Was resolved. But unhappy with experience overall.

During the test cycle the house flooded . I called Best Buy and after a half hour on hold I was able to talk to someone who said he was sending a technician back out. Which no one ever showed up or anything . I ended up having to call a plumber and pay for an after hours call . This was a huge disappointment. I would absolutely not recommend letting Best Buy install anything , since there’s no way to reach anyone if something goes wrong .

Washer and dryer delivered and installed. Delivery people were quick and in a hurry to get on to their next stop. Doors to my laundry closet would not close. Had to re-do dryer vent installation myself and now it fits (delivery guy was adamant that it would not/could not fit. Also when they tried to reverse the dryer door they stripped the screw and could not remove it (said it was a manufacturing defect - manufacturer overtightened, which could be true). Had to wait another week for a new dryer to be delivered :(

The installers left the shipping bolts in the washer. I called my total tech membership # and went to the store with a video a d was told what happened. I then exchanged washer since that damaged the washer. I was inconvenienced due to the negligence.

Tried to use my Samsung washer and a code 4C popped up. The most common reason for this error code is because the washer supply line is installed incorrectly. This matches what I was seeing, which is that there was no water going into the washer.

If i can give zero star i would. Supposedly a free installation but the guys that came just came and drop the machine as if they are in a hurry that they only stayed less than 30 minutes and they saw that the handle feel off from the hot water source they said to call a plumber to fix it when it was just a matter of putting it back. Anyway, i had to call somebody to install it for them and paid additional. I tried to call the guy from best buy shaumburg who promise me heaven and earth so they can install it that day but nothing happen.

This shows that my washer install was completed today. I had an appointment scheduled today from 2pm-6pm. No one has shown up to install. I called the geek squad and after being disconnected 2x, I finally spoke to someone who told me that my appointment was rescheduled for the following morning. I’m upset because I had to reach out to find out that my appointment had changed.

They installed the hot water input to the cold and the cold water input to the hot. There's very clear icons and notes on the washer as to what goes where. And red is always hot.

The installation appeared to go well until the next day the hose came off and flooded my house.

The technicians Best Buy sent damaged my property and broken ceiling fan. Best Buy refuses to cover the damages and so do the technicians. I’ve called Best Buy multiple times, and gone in and spoke with the geek squad. Unfortunately they will not contact me back nor will they process an insurance claim. So lame. Ruins my best buy experience

Damaged my Washing Machine and my Home, customer service after the fact was a joke

I would probably give less than 1 . Your team made me spend $150 for no reason. They told me that my washer tray was not good and I need new tray ; but after I called world one team to fix it . They just set all four leg of washer and it was fixed. This fix should be done by your team. You guys are not competent enough for doing that job . I regret buying from Best Buy . You should actually pay for my 150 dollar.
