Never ever have installation. 3 Hours late in delivering. When I called for help, they could not locate the driver or find out more about it. Several call later, I received a call and driver told me that they are taking care of someone and will not make it for another 2 hours and was told, If I could reschedule. First, I was already missed work. Anyway, I wasted my time all day waiting for them and having install.

The tech installed my washer in wrong. They Started the cycle & then left out my house. I came home 8 hours later with my washer leaking. Called customer service she informed me that the tech said he installed the drainer in the wrong spot & the agent on the phone tried to make me fix it while we were on the phone instead of sending someone back to my house.

We were the last one on their list of installations. The 4-hour window is not very convenient. Lost a whole day of work. But the installation process was good. Took them 15 minutes.

Installers didnt come at the right appointment time, they left my house door wide open so that pets could get and critters could get in, they drove away without telling me they were done and theu didnt even install it correctly. The very first load didnt even was and the Gerk Squad had to help me fix the installation issue. DISATISFIED with the install.

Wouldn't connect discharge line and therefore wouldn't connect water lines.

Customer service was good but installation was not a good job at all. Wrong installation caused a damage on my newly laid flooring.

They said they didn't do installs, but they were very nice about it.

I am highly upset about this order. This installation was to be a replacement for my washer that I purchased back in April, which Geek Squad was unable to repair. I have been without a washer since October. I have yet to receive the replacement washer and I was recently emailed that the washer would not be available till February. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and would not purchase from Best Buy again.

not to happy with the sales person,he didnt explain the product i was buying well enough and it wasnt what i wanted so i had to return it

Third party contractor did not remove washer shipping bolts and had no idea what they were. Contractor refused to install strain relief bracket for dryer power cord claiming that Best Buy told them not to. Contractor did not level washer or dryer because they “don’t use a level.” Save your money and have a pro do the installation since Best Buy doesn’t appear capable of properly supervising its contractors.

Installers said Best Buy forgot to include Drain hose so they could finish the install. Looking at the guide it was in the box on the inside but guessing the installers missed it and threw it away. Out install was never completed and I had to go to a hardware store, buy a hose that should have come with it, and complete the install myself. It was very inconvenient when the install was a part of the purchase.

I would never use them to hook up any of my products again, easier to do it yourself. Had them install my washer and they didn't connect the discharge hose properly and when they tested it, it leaked all over my basement floor. The installers had no equipment to clean the flooded basement up and for my problem I got a $25 gift card, doesn't seem very considerate for the situation but unfortunately I learned a valuable lesson. Would never recommend or use them again. Delivery was also an hour late.

Best Buy needs to do a better job at vetting their delivery and install people. The first installers damaged my original unit and had to replace it. They also didn't know how to install it. The second crew that came arrived 12 hours later than what I was told. I also had to hover over them and tell them to do things correctly when I caught them cutting corners. Not a good experience at all.

Paid for delivery and installation. The driver only delivered it BUT NO INSTALLATION

The lead delivery guy grumbled from the time he walked into my garage that he was not supposed to move my old washer and dryer in order to put in the new washer and dryer although I paid for hauling. He said he was going outside to call his boss, then he came back and moved the washer and dryer and installed the new. Once he left, I saw that he had ripped out the frame on the wall where the washer hose is connected and left black marks on the wall from the hose. I wrote him up and asked that a manager call - the manager NEVER DID!

During the installation, the movers wrecked the machine. Communicating with your system over this was impossible. I'd give you specific system details, but I'm not getting paid for this. Even now, your people are still calling me asking when I want the machine installed. Could a system be more dysfunctional? Incidentally, I returned the machine to you -- about the only thing you did right -- and bought it elsewhere. Great machine!

Totally dissatisfied all of my personal intimate items have been totally destroyed because when I was washing in cold it was washing in Hot!

Took over 5 attempts to have installed properly. Only the last crew from delivery team knew how to do anything correctly.

Not good. I've been having bad experiences with product deliveries these days. They are either lazy or too harsh

Can't give a negative star because it's not an option! But the people that Bestbuy hired to install my appliances was the wort. They flooded my loft, room closet and laundry along with storage closet! They email me back n blamed the manufacturer. This was due to negligence and shirts product. NEVER will I order from Bestbuy EVER!!!!!
