A third party company installed my new washer from Best Buy. They left and within minutes the washer leaked and broke. Had a horrible experience with Best Buy customer service trying to return the washer.

They messed up the cold/hot water connection. It almost damaged my brand new washer

Two installers came the older guy wanted to do things right the younger guy was rushing and was just slapping everything together. Did not like how he worked.

It depends on the installer's tech and effort. After they were gone, I found the vent hose of my dryer was pressed and can not get the vent out. Has to adjust by myself.

When washer/dryer came, installer said my counter would need to be cut in order for it to be installed. He left them with me in my garage. I had to hire a contracter, who told me that nothing needed to be cut in order for it to be installed. So I needed to make a new appointment. At the new appointment, the installer had no problem with the installation.

First they brought lg washer got it installed and later they came back and realized that by mistake they installed some other people of machine while we ordered Samsung. After washer is installed by the tech guys . Our dryer is not working properly. It’s running for long time and it is not stopping . While they installing washer they moved the dryer here and there souped of times not sure if something is not n place.

It. Installed stepped on the dog dish and spilled an entire gallon of water on the floor and continued to make small talk, stepping through it, knowing very well what he had done, yet acting as if he had done nothing, until I stopped him and told him, I had to clean this up before installing the new washer. He continued to talk about my beautiful house and farm animals, while I was on my hands and knees sopping up water.. Very unprofessional. Never acknowledged or apologized for what he had done.

Used too much drier vent hose and it wasn’t leveled. The hot water wasn’t turned on to the washer.

Installers didn't do much...were not prepared to do anymore that what I could have done myself in 10 minutes. I actually had to complete the install after they left.

They installed the washer but took my stainless steal hose to my dryer that had a steamer on it. Now i have a service call to replace it. They did not turn on the water to my wash tub. Now I'm not certain if it was hooked up correctly, I'll have the service tech look at it.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY! Washer arrived defective with a valve issue installers didn’t detect. Scheduling service took entirely too long and was a pain. They require the model number and serial number before scheduling service, but they sold me the washer and dryer and should have it in their records right there in front of them. Instead they make me chase it down before they’ll begin to schedule a repair.

They broke the hot water ball valve and then told me "Just use cold water"...... $145 plumbing repair. Not happy.

Worst team ever, they came refused to hook the dryer claiming that my gas valve needs to be changed. Best buy sent another team after 2 weeks and hooked the dryer with no issues… After using the washer for a month, i discovered today that the washer water outlet was wrongfully installed.. the hot water was hooked to the cold water dispenser and vis versa

Took 4 visits to get it installed properly. First delivery was a mess the crew left screws and garbage all over my lawn and driveway

I did not stick around and watch the installation team. They forgot to remove one of multiple very large screws that keep the wash basins in place during transport. This is a big problem as there is no sensor letting you know this and you in essence will break the machine by running it with these screws in place. I also had to schedule the installation twice because according to the installers they were not allowed to remove a plastic lid that sealed the drain pipe. They wanted me to call a plumber to do this.

Bought a washing machine from best. They made the wrong delivery. Went back to pick the machine up. For 4 months now Best Buy has not refunded me my money nor replaced the broken machine. Worst customer service ever! If some he doesn’t call me to fix this issue I will publish all my receipts and lack of service on social media.

Do it yourself. Techs aren’t techs but third party delivery. Capable but impatient and in a hurry. Do t right yourself

Came twice to tell us why they couldn't install (because of something wrong with my set up. Had it installed by a handyperson instead.

Required to replace my Samsung washer due to recall so I purchased new Samsung. When the new washer did not spend, Best Buy told me to phone Samsung who had me run calibration.

everything was hooked up ok, but very unprofessional, when done started washer for initial pre wash and said when this done you can wash clothes. they left, so when the spin cycle the drum started banging back and forth no one to ask anything about. they also just gave me the event completion form no boxes checked and no one signed! Watch out if you have to use these installers!
