The installer told me the dryer and pedestals would not fit under my cabinet and wanted to leave the pedestals in my garage. I showed him that there was plenty of room.

Don't do it. It seems like a good deal, but it's not. Installers are not knowledgeable. They didn't even remove the shipping bolts from the washer! Ugh. The wouldn't switch the doors around on the machines either. You're much better off having them deliver and then doing it yourself.

This piece of garbage stopped working within 2 years. And no way to get the cloths out until the technician shows up. What a stupid design. Pls stay away from Samsung products.

they did nothing. Just listened to the awful grinding sound and said that was normal for a Samsung. Now I'm outside of the return window and I have to have my brand new washer serviced aka pulled apart to see what's wrong with it. Another service person is scheduled to take a look at it.....again.

Very disappointed because my washer/ dryer combo was delivered without my water hoses . I had purchased them with my order and they were not installed. I had to go in person to pick them up and my husband installed them . Very disappointed with this entire transaction.

The company brought a damaged unit and did not complete the installation. In order to get a working machine, I had to reorder new washer, wait six weeks for it to arrive at the store, take the damaged machine down two flights of stairs, hire two men, rent a trailer, deliver it to the store, pick up a replacement unit, take it up two flights of stairs and install it myself. I am a single lady in my sixties It was an ordeal.

Horrible installation experience. Best Buy uses PTG Logistics to deliver and install in my area. The installers broke the hot water line during installation and flooded the laundry room. Had to call a plumber for an emergency repair which cost $338. I’m still trying to get reimbursed for the damages that occurred on 11/4/20

Best buys delivery people are the worst they wont do the work that is expected and it is sub par at best leaving you to have to pay someone else to do the work properly. buy your appliances from someone else who has own people and not third party like they do it will save you a hassle in long run and you wont have to deal with their poor customer service cause they don't care....

The guy came into my home and said they can't do it, i was very dissatisfied his tone attitude not good i would've been soo more upset that would've been my Mother experience, so i took on myself to install it nothing special about the install

These guys claimed my valves were bad on thier first visit. They were not. Second time out they wanted the main water shut off, which I did, and they promptly said the water is still on, and we cannot help you. They left again. I paid a plumber to come out, to discover there was nothing wrong, they just needed to wait a couple of minutes. We installed the washer in about 20 minutes. Best Buy reimbursed me the $125 this cost me. It took a total of 3 weeks to get this installed and the old machine removed.

This service is really good andfast, but my whaser does a lot of noises when it begins to turn the drum on fast speeds, maybe I`ll need to call them and see if I can fix it.

They only sent one delivery guy and I had to move the new washer and dryer from the truck into my house. I was told the dryer door would be changed out to open in the correct direction at delivery by the sales person at Best Buy and the delivery company when I called and asked. The delivery guy told me it would be an additional $50 to change out the door and it would have to be rescheduled.

the installation company did not correctly tie down the drain hose-they used packing tape. When I said it wouldn't work when the water came out and the tape got wet--the man said he knew what he was doing. my old drain pipe had a plastic tie connecting to the drain sink-my floor got flooded when the machine drained--I had to go to the hardware store to get the correct tie. The washer is great--the installation company-no.

The dryer had the door open from the wrong side and the delivery techs couldn't figure out how to change it. I had to call Best Buy who stated a new dryer needed to be ordered which opened on the other side. The delivery techs arrived a week later with a new dryer but the door opened THE EXACT SAME WAY. This time, the delivery techs were experienced and were able to change the door to open the other way. However, the techs damaged the unit cosmetically. At this point I didn't care and needed a working dryer.

The installation of my washer and dryer was incredibly painful to schedule. I don't think I will buy appliances through Best Buy again.

Had to have crew come back the second time. Failed to install steam option. Said they tested it. Instruction booklet was still in machine, so the tested it without water.

Installer refused to install saying I had a leak in the pipe in the wall. He told me he would install after a plumber repaired the leak. No such leak was found and they did not refund the installation cost.

They delivered the washer and dryer but did not have components to install. I purchased many appliances for this property and their installation, none of which was ready for complete install. Most of my order was delayed even after receiving confirmation that all was in stock and a delivery date was established. Totally unacceptable.

Installer refused to install new hot and cold hoses (even though I was forced to purchase the hoses upon checkout with the new washer), informed me that 'there's nothing wrong with the old one, it's easier for me to install with the old one'

Salesman (Dino) was terrific! Satisfied with product. Installation and removal of old washer was a nightmare. Geek squad delivery personnel was horrible and refused to connect washer. Had to call and pay plumber to finish delivery
