The washer was not set in the correct place to use

Installers could not get the GE Profile washer to work. Installers said the product was defective and that someone would call in 20 minutes for them to return the washer and deliver a new one, and they left. No one ever called. Had to troubleshoot ourselves to get the washer to work.

Installation by Geek Squad is a joke. They take no ownership and if installation causes a problem, they give you an unrealistic timeline for sending the technician. I cant wait for 8 days without doing laundry of the complete household. All the plans of Best Buy are a joke. And negative reviews are not even published. I have experienced it in past. Lets see if this one goes through

It took 4 visits by your installation team to install. every time they came they would ask me to resolve a perceived problem :(. I went to Best Buy to discuss on 3 occasions and they themselves only provided we are sorry :(

The deliveries DID not run the washer through all cycles, it shook the whole house! Not balanced on initial set up.

The washer is very nice but still waiting on BEST BUY to finish installation. It was delivered on 9/22/17 . It is now 10/27/17. Delivery/installers left my stackable washer dryer in middle of small laundry room and told my husband to spray the floor with Windex and slide them over. Had to hire a plumber to install. Best Buy is supposed to come out and balance washer but has failed to show many times. Warehouse was very rude and arrogant. One excuse after another.

Our Washing Machine was not installed crew said they could not install due to the water not being turned on. They told me that this will need to be rescheduled once the water is turn on and the valve is looked at. Please advise if I can reschedule? Thank you

got a delivery window between 8 to 1 pm ,been waiting the whole time ,had to take off work, not even calling you or emailing you that they are running late, i know things happens ,had to make calls to best buy if they are still going to deliver and they keep saying they are on their way, this was at 1 pm. i was close to cancelling this order and was going to order at lowes or home depot.

First appointment, washer was left in my garage and not installed, second appointment they got back in the truck and left without s word, third appointment nobody showed up, 4th appointment finally Jamal and Eddie came and installed, and they were excellent. I spent at least 6 hours on the phone trying to get things set up. I’ll never again order anything from Best Buy that has to be delivered.

The washer was not installed properly. I have asked bestbuy to redo the installation

told me they are not allowed to hook up under the sink so whats the point

Did not haul away the old one , said they didn’t have the necessary equipment, and will come back for it, never did.

I am happy with my machine. But I was supposed to get free installation. Machine was delivered and no one came to install it on the first day. 2nd day someone came out with no clue on how to install it. 3rd day someone came out who spoke no english. He left and no one has been back since. I did call after email after text no resolve Had to have someone I know to install it. So much for free.

The delivery team also did not want to wait for this service to be complete. They left it un hooked and i had to call customer service 3 times

Hoses were not 90 degrees which made the unit too big front to back.

My laundry room is a really tight fit! Washer could not be installed until dryer arrived. Best Buy did not coordinary this, when I called the store, they told me to call another store, where dryer was coming from...second store said dryer installer would install washer, no problem. He arrived at my home and had a tantrum. Best Buy "manager" who called back FIVE days later left a phone number that wasn't valid...message said they were sending a gift card which has never arrived.

My washer was not installed because the tech thought my garage did not have enough lighting, we offered to bring a lamp so he could have more lighting and that was not adequate for him.

When they delivered they advised they could not hook up the machine because the lines were to short and I needed to have a plumber put in a new shut off valve. After I had the work done, they then came and said they could not install it because I did not buy the lines from them. I found this ridiculous, and ended up just installing it myself.

Disgusted. Rushed job. I paid for new hoses as required. They were not used or provided to me during the install. I only noticed this after the fact when I discovered that the installer connected the wrong hot and cold hoses. This resulted in ruining a very expensive item that could not be washed in hot water.
