Washer was never installed by best buy. I needed a new hot water valve, which the installer would not install the washer without. He left without doing the job. I will never buy another appliance from you.

The initial installation crew left the dryer in an unusable state. The did not install the electric power cord, the dryer feet/levelers and the flexible vent hose was not properly installed. It took 5 days to get a competent installation crew back to correct these problems and make the dryer usable. Second crew was very good.

Absolutely the worst. Water all over laundry room due to techs not even using a tool to tighten water lines. Old gas line from dryer left in front yard like a lawn ornament! On hold for a very long time trying to even get someone to pickup and explain issue. We spend a lot of money at Best Buy, this is first installation and it’ll definitely be the last.

The new washer is awesome, the installation was terrible. Those installers couldn't get the washer in the house and be done fast enough. They didn't undo the washer legs, left the hoses tangled, and didn't wait for the test cycle to finish before they left. I wound up having to re-position the washer after untangling the hoses and unscrewing the washer legs to balance it properly. Very shoddy install for Best Buy!

I never had this tools so don’t know what to say,the guy set it up not giving to me.

The two men delivering and trying to install the washer and dryer barely spoke English and they never talk to me explain anything. All they cared about was that their papers were signed and then they didn’t explain anything and they just left and my dryer wasn’t hooked up at all. He will really terrible in the house and the Whole situation is terrible.

Not installed correctly. No follow up. Messed up my additional appointment to try and repair. Several people never returned phone calls. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. I would never purchase from Best Buy because of the poor customer service.

I'm sure Best Buy will not tell you this, nor will it be in the prep instructions but you have to unstack and restack the dryer yourself!! Don't forget to get the stacking kit at the store because they will not bring that either. :(

The installers put a dent on the side of the washing machine as they unloaded it from the truck. I noticed it as soon as they removed it from the box. They also charged me $150 to "finish" the installation.

I have tried for 2 months to exchange this item. 3 times it was suppose to be exchanged with a new one . And the last time the delivery was a no show.I cant get any help even went to store. And was told someone would cotact me its been going on 2 weeks no one has yet. Worst time ever.

delivery was a disaster I will never do busniess with Best Buy again. No communication. The delivery guys made a different excuse every single time the came to deliver. 3 weeks went by before they finally ran out of excuses. And in the end my maintainance guy had to end up installing the washer. Never. Never never. Again. Did Best Buy care at all. Nope. Did the guy who sold me the washer? Nope. Did the delivery company care? Not at all.

This was by far the worst purchase from best buy ever. I received my washer and dryer that afternoon the next morning I started washing clothes and washer broke called Best Buy they told me it would be two weeks before they could send me my replacement then they changed the date

Horrible!! They scratched my washer, dryer, and door getting it in the house. I told them not to squeeze thru my trucks to get it in the house and they did it anyway. Scratched my truck door. Then went to leave without leveling my dryer.

The technician, which is the 3rd person to come doesn’t want to install claiming the existing tubing we have is not to standard. Previous technicians has no problem about it. He is unprofessional and rude. The dryer delivered was dinted. And so i have to call for replacement.

The washer was installed without incident. The technician ran the washer to make sure everything was ok, but he did not check to see that the washer was level. The machine vibrated wildly, and loudly. . It was difficult to adjust the washer so it wouldn’t do this. I would expect that installing a washer would include this service.

Don't buy anything from Best Buy and expect delivery They are terrible and will not show up, will reschedule and not show up again and you can't get any answers on the phone or through their online systems.

I had my washer installed and they seemed to be rushing a bit. They scratched my freshly painted walls and left finger prints all over the wall.

The installer refused to bring my washing machine through the patio window so my 16 year old, my wife and I brought it in. Funny thing is they took the old machine out the same window. We asked for the washing machine to be installed on the left because of the doors, but he didn't do it. Then he threw all the extra parts including the measuring cup. THE WORST!!!

the gift whole came to hook the washer up were not very nice i had a little drip like a drop ever 4 sec said i had to get a plumber brfore he would hook it up i did it my self

Unable to get this item installed - Contracted Delivery Company assigned from Best Buy has never completed installation. Best Buy customer service must not be communicating with the installer company since this has happened twice.
