The delivery people did not install even though i had selected it to be installed. When i asked, the guy said "nope", and then left. Fortunately i was able to do the install myself, but it was very frustrating to be expecting an install and instead having to do it myself. Poor experience, probably wouldn't order service again.

paid for installation and when they delivered the machine they couldn't figure out how to hook the sump hose up because I don't have a sink to just drop a hose into for a drain. so they never finished hooking the machine up never test ran it. PS after they left 30 seconds with a razor blade and a hose clamp that came with the machine I had it hooked up

We said we would keep the old washer, so when they go there they said since we kept the old washer they were not putting in the new washer. I was never told if we keep the old washer they would not install the new washer nor we told if we remove the old washer prior to delivery they will install. So they dropped it off and we had to do it.

The workers installing it were professional, but the product itself is junk. The washer broke less than 3 months. Customer Service has been horrible. The Amana Manufacturer has been horrible dealing with to get the washer fixed or replaced.

Washing machine installation is good. But they charged extra $100 for dryer install. For the shutoff? I thought I bought everything

Install was nice enough but walked outside as he ran test cycle and didn't notice huge noise it was making. now 3 months later we are still dealing with Whirlpool customer service and local repair man for a NEW MACHINE!! the installer should have taken the machine back from day one!

Did not install an anti-tip bracket, ensure it's leveled. Unpacked it, started it up and left

The “contractor” Best Buy used for my delivery complained about EVERYTHING and ultimately did nothing but dump my $1000 washer and refuse to connect it bc they would not use a wrench to open the valves from my water lines... insane. So disappointed. This was no “service” at all. Not helpful, not anything.

They delivered my Washer dryer 2 in 1. When it wouldn't fit though the doorway they just put it down in the dining room (next to laundry room) and had me sign that it was delivered and left. I had the door frame adjusted before they had the truck started. I managed to move it into the laundry room and hook it up myself. It works well. Take 4.5 hour to wash and dry but for my need it works.

Not completed by delivery guy because washer was wrong voltage and required a dryer to be connected it to work. He told me none of this and I discovered it myself as they were Trying to leave and get me to sign. They didn’t want to remove the washer so they kept this info from me AND lied to me telling me there was a voltage adaptor cord (lie - it doesn’t exist I checked with Best Buy in person) shady

The two gentlemen who installed were very nice. There were a few setbacks along the way, though. First, they had a four hour window, which they missed without a call. Then when they finally did show up, they hooked it up wrong. Mind you, I was out of town on business and my wife, who was six months pregnant at the time had to fix it. I did get a gift card for our troubles. Not good enough to recommend install to a friend.

Horrible. First one mine didn’t work, second one didn’t work either. Customer service was no help. Horrible experience from start to finish. Asked for a supervisor and was told there was not one we could speak to.

Delivery team came at a time outside my delivery window. They looked at my old washer and didn’t want to bring it down the stairs. They said “I’ll be right back” and left, and never came back. Delivery company rescheduled me a total of six times (yes, unbelievable) before I finally escalated the issue to Best Buy management and only then did i get my delivery and haul away. Pretty horrendous experience.

The installers reversed the hot and cold water lines on my new washing machine. My first load was a cold water wash and it ruined several items of clothes (dye bled onto lighter items). It took me a little online research to test and confirm the problem. I am very disappointed and have no recourse.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. The installer didn’t hook up the washer properly and the discharge water flooded my basement. It ruined drywall, ceiling tiles, and carpet in my basement. We filed a claim with Best Buy’s insurer over 3 weeks ago. They are still not accepting responsibility; we cannot even get some one from Best Buy (or Sedgwick - the insurer) to return our calls.

No one told me the installers would not install the washing machine unless you buy brand new hoses from Best Buy. I understand the reasoning however my hoses were only one year old and they were the stainless steel variety. Therefore they did not install it I had to do it.

The installers did not secure the drain line and as a result my wood floors got flooded and damaged the floors. They also did not turn on the hot and cold water lines. They basically hooked up the two water hoses and that was all. Pretty bad if I say so.

Given 2 stars because corporate stepped in. The local store was horrible.

I was not satisfied they did not install the washer they dropped it off and then left. I’ve tried to contact someone about this and never got a reply or my money back for it
