It’ was ok nothing too impressive. Did what needed to be done

The installers were either not knowable in how to install or just being difficult. Thank goodness my friend was here to instruct, motivate and assist them. They kept saying we don’t do this or can’t. My friend helped with the installation which gave me the piece of mind that it was done correctly.

I paid for removal of my old washing machine and installation of the new one. It was never done (even though someone went into the system and falsely marked it as completed) and I still haven't received a refund of the installation/removal fee even though I cancelled the washing machine purchase. I will never shop on Best Buy website again.

The same guy who hooked the washer up also hooked up the dryer and incorrectly connected the steam for the dryer. He also didn't seal the gas line and it was leaking gas after he left.

Terrible. The installer left the hose clip off the drain hose, left after 5 minutes into the cycle and there was water everywhere. Then after I complained and waited 2 hours for them to return they told me they couldn't find the clip in the box so I had to go to the hardware store to get one myself. Wasted my installation fee.

Would not at all recommend getting installed by BB/geek squad. The first time they installed, they never demonstrated to me how the washer works and later on it was found that washer was defective Second time while installing the replacement they reversed hot and cold water lines Also due to poor installation cold water line keeps leaking

First machine was delivered and leaked all over the floor. Multiple calls were made to get another machine. Installation came out traded the machines and broke the water valve. Had to shut water off on the house and call an emergency plumber. Called Best Buy store and they said it's up to the installers insurance. Good luck, I've called them three times and left messages. Hey Best Buy, any help with this?

Delivery people were horrible damaged the tile dragging my new washer across the floor

Refused to install. Claimed water valves were rusty and could leak, yet they were unprepared to replace the valves, which I would have gladly paid extra for. I had to hire a plumber and reschedule the washer installation. When they returned they scuffed up my floor when moving the washer and put a couple of scratches on the washer.

They brought the washer in and installed it. When I went to use it the water cables were screwed on crooked and water sprayed everywhere! To make matters worse they hoses were connected to the opposite temperature. The help line didn’t help at all and gave me the run around for 2 months and many phone calls but never did get any satisfaction.

I ended up installing it. The guy would not because he thought there was a lesk in the pipie. I assured him there was not and even after I had a plumber to the house to fix the leaky faucet, he still would not.

My Washer I bought does not work correctly. the spin cycle squeels. Since this was found on the first cycle, Best buy set up a return and was going to replace it. When the replacement came the front of the washer was crushed and the delivery people had to put it back on the truck. Right now, I still do not have a replacement.

I am very annoyed you did not authorize your delivery guys to install the drip pan when this item was an ESSENTIAL part of the installation process. Next time I will probably buy an appliance from someone who cares about what the customer WANTS and NEEDS. David Mahood, Esq.

They crew that brought the machine forgot stacking parts and refused to do anything, but tell me to call the store. No answer after ten tries so I went to the store and got the brush off. "Our records show the work was done, if you dont like it call corporate. I did they where nice enough, but still frustrated that I had to schedule the work that should have been done the first time!

After arriving two hours past the estimated arrival time with no communication letting me know they’ll be late, they rushed to install the washer and dryer. As a result, they didn’t shorten the flex hose for the dryer vent and when they pushed it back into place they badly smashed the hose. I had to have a team come out again and reinstall a shorter hose.

Delivery person was very out of turn stating that I had no set up for the machine after I told him specifically where to put it. I do not think that was any of his business. I bought this washing machine with my money it was not given to me by Best Buy, so where I put it or whether I had accommodations for it was not his business to say.

They didn't have the right gas line and claimed the store doesn't see it. Plus all the ones carried are 4 feet and a 5 was needed.

They didn’t install the washing machine. Delivery people does not know how to install the product.

The boys delivered the machine and immediately told me that I needed a plumber to do the installation. Simply need new faucets. Cost me over 400 to get the job done .......Not happy.

Status stated installation complete but they haven’t delivered my washer yet. Still waiting.
