Installer did not install right. Twice - and waited on a no show - finally came next day After I had to call again then said I had a clogged line which was incorrect. I Had to pay a plumber to tighten hose !!!!!!

The technician did not install/level the washer properly due to which the washer lost balance and water accumulated inside it resulting in flooding of the laundry room. It took hours to remove the water and dry the floor which managed to get inside the kitchen as well.

They Installed the Washing Machine with bad parts. Water leaked everywhere. I had to but replacement parts to fix it. I was told I would get a refund for the cost of the repairs, but was never sent one.

The washer was not installed. Installer stated that my valve was frozen but after he left I turned it and it closed. Now it says he installed it when he did not. I want my washer installed now. I feel like since the men got here so late they did not want to take the time to install my washer

The washer that we purchased is already not working and needs to be repaired or replaced at your expense. The basin fills with water and that's about it. You need to contact me ASAP!!

they only hooked up the cold water side. I had to do the rest on my own. really disappointed

They removed my old washer, then brought my new one in, and dropped it off & left. Absolutely no installation at all even though it was in the contract for them to install the washer. I'd give it 0 stars, but that's not an option.

I was assured that I would not be charged for the installation because he did not do it. My dryer is a different brand and the tech said that it was against company policy to install mismatched brands of appliances. It fit perfectly on top by the way. I ended up installing the machine myself.

Washer works well but the first two washers squeaked horribly, could be heard throughput the house. Third one works fine so far, does a good job of washing. Very inconvenient to have to make time for three different deliveries and deal with the paperwork of getting this all resolved to our satisfaction. The Best Buy staff were all awesome.

Bought a washing machine. Had it installed. It LEAKED! Called BestBuy that day. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Called the next day. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Called the third day. On the phone for over an hour! Sending a tech in 3 days. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM BESTBUY AGAIN.

Cancelled the day of delivery then reschedule wasn’t for over a week later. The installers showed up with the wrong hose for the discharge so I had to buy a hose and make it work - the alternative I guess was to reschedule again and be without a washer for another week. Very bad service.

Didn’t install anything came and tried to install my clothes washer not my dishwasher as he was supposed to. Said he couldn’t do it and left. Terrible that he marked it complete as well. My husband was home not me. He said no it should be dishwasher and the guy told him no.

After 3 Times, BestBuy could not install my dryer properly. I’m left with a dryer that is leaking gas. I had to dispute my charge on my credit card and they ended up cancelling my replacement order. Now I bought my washer and dryer from a different vendor and Beatbuy will have to pick up a dented washer they delivered and a dryer that leaks gas

Service was very poor. Best Buy rescheduled the delivery of it 13 times and still never delivered it. I had to pick it up my self in the end. Best Buy has lost me as a customer for life.

People installing are great! But customer service is horrible they needed to come back 4 times to bring me the correct two products! Choose a different service!

3rd party vendor. Sadly broke a water pipe during install and required it to be repaired before installation. The. To rescheduled early required a payment. Fortunately Best Buy customer service was good.

Horrible customer service. Was having a washer replacement but never came with the washer.

Told me they couldnt install and unfortunately I was out of town. I purchased this for my mother and was very upset when i installed it for her knowing they had all the pieces to make this work. I

Delivery crew only drop the washer in the front of the house and told me they do not install the washers... i had to removed out of the box and installed myself...worse experience ever with bestbuy personnel

Washer installation was quite a harrowing experience… First delivery was canceled without even notifying me and when it was finally delivered I was told I didn’t have the right fitting so I had to pay extra money to have the machine properly drain water
