If you send a team over to install your washer and dryer and they are not experience to install you equipment they should be certified to do it and do not tell you they cannot and you need someone else.

The plan was my washer to be delivered and installed but it was delivered In my living room and when i called about the installation they told me they could do it in about 5 days. If I could give zero stars i would.

Quick service and professional except they accepted tips when they weren’t supposed to.

They didn't install the product for me, Claiming that I had to change the water tap

Granted, I didn't pay for this service, but to the delivery team, "Installation" means that they will kind of, almost place the washer where you want it, but not really. They also won't hook up any of the hoses or the drain pipe... Not sure how such a service qualifies as "installation", but fortunately it's not difficult to do on your own.

Very poor third party service Best Buy on cranberry has excellent service manager took effort and help with further processing but services to home for installation very poor

Wouldn’t install for me although at the store they told me they would delivery drivers dropped at my door and said that was all they could do because the hoses I had was not new but store told me when I bought all I needed was hoses and they would install.

No one installed anything for me did not want to install because they didn't want to be responsible for damage. Installation was done on my own & the machine is just fine

I was supposed to get this installed and you though i got it installed but in never happened..the driver got sick.can you imagine that..im so upset.i will never buy from you again

When the washing machine delivered, your men said I needed a plumber to replace the spigots so they wouldn't install it. I hired a plumber for that & he installed the washing machine which leaked, you replaced it & #2 machine leaks as well. I guess spending over $900 on a machine & $200 for a plumber isn't enough?

I believe installer broke my valve and suddenly I need a new hot water valve

it took6 trips to get right. Not enough time for all details, but all resulted from failure to install legs on pedestals and swapping doors. complete failure from delivery to customer service to supervisors

Unfortunately, the installation crew tore our brand new vinyl in our brand new home. Best Buy is not user friendly when it come to them damaging your home! They have tons of hoops for you to jump through to get an item repaired that they tore up.

The install crew didn't know what they were doing. They could not assess or manage our hose connections and promply left. We had a plumber come assess and all was fine.

I ordered a Samsung Washer and Dryer, and spent extra on all parts and installation. They never got washer working, said they couldn't get it done. Left me with a non working washer, and now had to pay my friend's brother $100 to hook it up for me and get parts to finish installation. Very disappointed, but love the unit.

The guy came on time but did not know how to fit the dryer exhaust. I had to reschedule

Installed with waterlines incorrect. I called for service took 2 wks and service worker did nothing. Suggested I ordered new replacement washer. Arrived 2 mths later and this delivery person corrected problem with old one.

Ruined my door going into laundry and didn't seem to care

i had paid extra money to go down to a 2 hour window for installation due to meetings at work. they were running ahead of schedule - which is not a bad thing - but instead of waiting till I could come home, installed it and left while I had painters there. was not able to ask any questions or ensure I had it installed the way I needed.
