i had a scheduled appointment for January 13 between 12- 4 . Delivery team attempted to deliver at about 1115. I unfortunately was a t a funeral Delivery was never made and the delivery team went home by 2pm. this status indicated the installation and removal of old appliance have been completed. Neither is true or accurate

Horrible !!!! Delayed delivery on a error on their end. I had to call multiple time to get this corrected! To then find a they left the new washer glass dirty with sticker that could remove! And they never replaced my gas line I purchased!

The installation was scheduled for 05/05/2018 and they called around 8 AM and told they forgot to load the dryer and was asked to reschedule it and I scheduled it for 05/07 between 8 AM and 12 AM and they finally showed up by 1 PM and did the installation. The store manager (Ryan) was very helpful in setting it right

SHOWED UP WITHOUT THE STACKING KIT. RESCHEDULED, BUT NEVER SHOWED UP TO DROP THE STACKING KIT. STILL HAVENT SHOWN UP TO DO THE INSTALLATION

I was not happy with the installation I did it myself I had had time poor communication

This is my first time buying a washer & dryer. The installation men were not helpful. My washer & dryer is still not hooked up they have come out 3 times and always saying I am missing something. I will request them to pickup the washer and dryer and credit my account. I will not be buying appliances from here, maybe only TV and phones.

Best buy FAILED to inform me that the dryer I ordered was backordered. It was NOT backordered when I ordered it on March 6th and today they showed up with a washer and no dryer, and no notification whatsoever that my dryer would not be arriving until June.

I had a bad experience with two different sets of installers. The first set did not complete installation well. The washer was deemed defective from the very first load of laundry. The second set of installers, just like the first set, rushed through the job to go on to the next customer without explaining the washing machine features.

Workers installed wrong they've been to my house 7xs each time they leave it uncompleted with a new issue. If i could leave geek sqaud zero stars i would. I ordered in novemever its now feb. And i just got unit thats not leaking.

Washer install was a disaster, not done properly, caused a leak and the leak went under the dryer next to it causing it to malfunction

No attemp was made to install the machines (Washer & Dryer) they were dropped off in the garage and left in the boxes. The laundry room was cleared out and cleaned and painted. Nothing had to be moved or any special hookup was needed. The laundry room is on the first floor and just inside the garage entry door.

Three installation appointments, three cancellation. Worst part, I never received a call that appointments were going to be cancelled. So I fruitless waited for hours for installs that never happened.

This is the first time I ever had trouble with buying anything frame BB. It’s been over 2 months and the machines are not useable. Ordered the machines in June and didn’t get it until August. I guess after all the great service I had before one had to go wrong. There is always one bad apple. Still recommend BB.

And since the install ticket was a different transaction the delivery men refused to install it and left it on my patio and wouldnt help me remove the old one. The first set of drivers were very rude and unprofessional. I showed them my install ticket and they said it wasnt valid.

Installation service gave my tenant a lame excuse why they could not install my washer and dryer(incorrect electrical) My previous tenants had a washer and dryer which were older as well. I had my electrian take a look and hook up appliance

Very bad service They didn’t install anything They refused and I got charged for the installation This is the last time I deal with bestbuy delivery and install

They mixed up the hot and cold water hookups, then had to come back to switch them. I pay for the 100% annual protection AND they still had the nerve to tell me I might have to pay for them fixing their mistake.

It took 3 visits and I ended up installing the washer machine. Also they weren’t here on the scheduled time their first visit was hours before they were expected and had to rush home

The geek squad could not figure out how to turn off water to intall the new washer. They left the washer in the garage. I ended up figuring it out and doing the install myself
