Didn't get it right the first time so they hsad to come back and fix it.

A nightmare from hell. The installer never installed my machine nor did he take my old one away. 6 hours plus to receive my machine which they never installed he said he was running late and had problems in the last delivery. Never round use this service again

If you purchase a clothes washer, do not pay for installation. Had I researched prior to adding installation, I would have screwed the 2 hoses in myself. Another hidden fee per Best Buy. UGH!

First at of his game and we're done and didn't do what was promised by best buy agreement..2nd st guyswere very nice 2nd explained why they didn't couldnt stack washer dryer... I'm still waiting 2 weeks from best buy directly for a call about the overall lin experience they promised after i complained....

Installers were rude and unprofessional. There was a problem with the existing water hook-up, and instead of explaining everything to me, they lied about the 'office' calling me and just walked off the job. I will NEVER ever get anything at Best Buy again.

Washer experience was horrible. The installation people didn't want install the washer and they also didn't want to remove and take the old appliance which I paid them to do so. They made it very inconvenient for me.

MY WASHER AND DRYER ARE IN MY GARAGE. BB LISTS THE SERVICE AS COMPLETE, BUT THAT'S NOT TRUE. AFTER NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL LAST WEEK , THIS TIME THEY SHOWED UP, BUT WITH DELIVERY PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT INSTALL A GAS DRYER. I AM STILL WITHOUT A FUNCTIONAL WASHER AND DRYER.

When the washer was delivered they did not have the rubber hoses I purchased. The delivery people also did not inform Best Buy they were missing, so they will not reimburse me. I called customer service and was on the phone an hour! Terrible service.

it took two months to deliver the washer one mile and three appointments that failed to have a crew from another town finially install it

The service guys got the washer on basement with care the only thing was that they did not connected water hose because connection was under sink and i guess it was to hard to reach to connect hose

Delivery and installation were delayed multiple times. No clear answer on why it's delayed. You need to all customer care multiple times. Call will disconnect, no clear answer, each agent will tell you the different story . Good Luck

The install crew had to come several times, the vent for the dryer wasn't sent, so WE had to go purchase a new kit, they came back when WE had the proper kit and proceeded with the install. They then left both machines in the middle of the room and left. They came back a 3rd time to finish the install. What an ordeal!

The worst experience ever. They didn’t even install the washer machine it took me A week to finally find someone to install it for Me. I’ll never buy from here again. And the installer was nasty and wouldn’t install it even tho it’s included in the purchase

If I could do negative stars, I would. The installers scratched the top, left trash in the laundry room and the garage, AND TORE THE VINYL FLOORING IN MY LAUNDRY ROOM. But worse than that—-the company (Sedgwick) won’t call me back. I have call five times. I’m past aggravated. Still not resolved.

Did not finish the job and it took 3 plus hours of my time to get everything finished.

Installer swapped hot and cold lines. Ruined some delicates. Gee thanks. Last time I trust an installer from bestbuy. Hoses are colored and receptacles are labeled. Not really that difficult. Paying some attention and being mindful is not that hard to do.

When they were finished we went down and noticed one of the hoses were leaking fairly bad. I tried tightening it with no luck. Returned then for new hoses which also leaks. The bad review is due to the fact there's no way they wouldn't have seen the leak as soon as they turned the water on.....

The drivers didn't even bother to install or even offer to install the washer and dryer. They also tried to leave without handing me the power cable or hoses that I bought. Would not recommend.
