Ok washing machine but has certain features that are an inconvenience.

Geek Squad damaged my floor. They dont hook up my dryer right. Customer service is none existent. Stay away from geek squad service. They are terrible. I would not do business with bestbuy again.

Best Buy was replacing a washer. The delivery team could not perform the install so I hired a plumber. The delivery team was very nice and on time.

Installation was poor, third party installers not very knowledgeable in installing your products. Never hit the 4 hour window. Geek squad was not the least helpful. Incompetence on all fronts. Left washer in driveway. Seventy year old had to struggle to bring it into the house and hook it up. Connector was wrong. Had to purchase the correct connector.

Delivery team did not install the washer as specified. A fee was paid for delivery & installation. An additional fee had to be paid for a plumber to be hired to perform the installation.

Washer shakes this is second one best buy customer service and delivery is bad they were slamming things around and rushed in and out

I bought brand new washer and dryer set. After 2 weeks from installation, I realized that machine makes super noisy grind sound. I wanted replacement since the problem was wrong installation, but BestBuy didn't allow it and now they never reply my emails.

Not noly they were late after they called to come in.they didn't answer their cell.

Initial delivery of this washer was a disaster. Installer claimed home fixtures were not to code. WRONG cost us $90 for plumber to confirm BEST BUY Geeks were not correct

The people who sent did not want to do the installation, my husband had to do it and now the machine does not work well, sometimes in the middle of the wash, sometimes the machine stops. I am not happy that the best buy services.

If I can give 0 star, I will definitely do that! My Pedestal Washer doesn't work, because it was put on washer pan, I cannot open the washer door. My stream dryer doesn't have a steam function, because the guy told me that the hose he brought cannot fit the steam. So I just spend 2000 dollars to buy a toy

They install washer first time but didnt balance. Second they tried to balance but didnt. So I hiring someelse to come do the job.

One person was fine the other was not, they did their job and left.

Installed in the wrong spot and the doors hit each other. Called to see about getting either the doors switched or the appliances moved to the correct spot and was told it was a 80.00 fee.

Never received item or service. Terrible experience with Best Buy. Stated item would be delivered on a specific day - waited all day - never arrived. Then I rescheduled, Best Buy charged me for the service, and it was never delivered. Never again...

We have scheduled our installation twice and it still is not installed! The installers have not brought the correct hoses 2 times! We are beyond frustrated!! Something similar happened with our dishwasher installation this summer.

Never got any installation. A guy called me from bestbuy and ask if tge washer was set up I said no they just dropped it off and he said we going to called you n have someone come out to do the installation and upon till now no1. I had to do it myself

The installers never hooked up the drain hose which was left inside the washer. Fortunately it was something I was able to do. What if it was someone who didn’t ? It would have cost them money to pay someone to attach the hose.
