The guys who installed my washer and dyer set made one HUGE error that shouldn't have happened: When they disconnected my old washer they didn't cap or clean up the water the poured out of the lines! I had to clean up after them and they didn't apologize or offer to help! Totally unprofessional!

Geek squad missed on securing the drain hose. On first use it sprayed water all over the wash room, had water dripping from the ceiling on the second floor. The Geek squad seemed very disfunctional and job assignments were very siloed.

Terrible delivery of washing machine and technicians. Deliverers refused to cover their shoes. They made ugly faces and tried to not to delver and asked to make another appointment for delivery.

Damaged wall. Customer service doesnt care. At times they dont show up, call or make proper time slots. Horrible communication skills.

The machine is hooked up and balanced. Nothing more.

Not sure if this was installed correctly or if the Washing Machine is defective. All the pipes in the house shake when the water is switched on and off by the valves in the washer. I have tried to lower the pressure using the house faucets, but it still is very loud, hard to run when someone is sleeping.

Hands down the worst delivery we have ever experienced. They treated our new washer like a piece of trash, banged it against everything the minute they took it off their truck. They then destroyed items in our house. Still so annoyed with the entire process.

I ordered a pedestal washer, but it was badly damaged when it was delivered.

Washer started getting noisy during spin cycles after a few weeks. Geek squad coming out this week to take a look. Curious if it is not leveled properly or if there was an issue attaching it to pedestal causing this noise. Not happy that we dropped $2K on new washer and dryer and having issues less than a month in.

The cost for a washer installation is pretty outrageous given how simple these appliances are to install. You put it in the laundry room, plug it into the wall, screw two hoses to the back and stick the drain hose onto your drain.

Well if this was purchased to install my machine it should have been left with me since i did pay for it. I do NOT have this item in my possession.!

Delivery men came 2 1/2 hours later the than the time frame I had. When they came they complained about the location where they had to put the washer. Once they installed and left. I found out that the hot water and cold water lines were switched. My wife’s favorite wool sweater shrunk and became unusuable.

Hot and cold hoses were installed backwards and they didn’t put new hose, as I paid for. Plumber said the hoses attached were old and he had to buy new ones.

They never installed my washer. I had to pay someone else to do the job. I called so many times and each time they claimed someone will call to reschedule and I never received any call. Best buy have the worst customer service Ever!!! I am very upset!

They have not done the installation, they took my old washer and dryer and they have not installed the new ones, the stacking kit came open and with missing parts. I do not understand why they say that the installation is complete if they have not done it.

service is not acceptable! I paid for both installation and haul away. However, wash machine delivered, but no installation and haul away of old wash machine. had to contact best buy again, and rescheduled the installation and haul away to next week.

They came multiple times to install my dryer, the washer was fine. No one can understand how to hook up my dryer for some reason.

Washer was not installed. Tech said a part was corroded and made me schedule a plumber. My grandpa came over and unscrewed the part with his fingers (he's 83). I was then charged 4 months later for the service that wasn't performed.

Very disappointed on how the washer was not properly installed. When the washer was being used the hose didn't hold and there was water damage. This was reported and no one returned my call after after 5 days after. I would like some credit adjustments to my account for the water damage!!

I do not know if this is an issue with the installation or the machine but all cycles run on hot water including delicate or cold.
