They did a terrible job and was extremely rude....

The installer didn't wait to see if the machine worked properly before he left. I wasn't happy with that because this was the third machine in three weeks.

The worst customer service they damaged my products when delivered forgot the clamp on washer or was stolen

Would give less than 1 they guys who delivered it didn’t have the hoses I paid for they couldn’t figure out how to put the washer on the stand they were in such a rush to leave Second guys who came were able to get the washer up and running

The worst delivery and installation. Scheduled twice and they never showed up. They claimed no one was home while people was home all day. Second time they did not call and did not show up at all. I would have zero star

Installers swapped the hot and cold inputs — it took hours of figuring out why the washer was rinsing hot and not drying clothes adequately, we thought it was defective as a device but it was simply installed wrong. Annoyed at Best Buy for this.

we let them know that our maintenance man for our apartments would have to move something before it would fit properly into the space and they ended up just leaving instead of waiting. the lines were put in so technically it was installed but they didn’t set up our dryer at all.

Installers did not install washer even with 2 visits. Very disapponted. Contracted a plumber who finished job. All grat noe

Free installation of my appliance never happened. Was told that the washer could not fit upstairs, so my full delivery was declined. My husband and I carried the machine upstairs and my husband completed the installation.

Delivery person had no knowledge of installing a washer. Tried to remove hose but was tightening instead, so tight we could not remove, pulled water line off the wall. I had to unhook washer and hook up new washer. Installer ask me if I wanted to install dryer also. Took them 2 hours

The company that came an install the washer scratch my dryer really bad and the new washer got scratch from them too... had to call bestbuy to replace the washer and to open a claim on the dryer for the scratches

The installation team was rude. Ised foul language against my wife in spanish. We cancelled the order secondary to unproffessional conduct. Terrible experience.

Terrible service. Installer refused to install it due to liability, he was rude and only giving me 2 options to either take the delivery or refuse it so they can take it back to the warehouse. He could use some customer service training.

Did not even install it left it said they would come back in a week so we installed it our self. They didn't even leave the water hoses I bought I had to go buy another pair.

This experience has been horrible. I am still waiting to receive a set that’s not dented. The manager Cory was very helpful but he is out sick. I am an elite plus member and I am thinking of never shopping at Bestbuy again. Please help

The third party company used by Best Buy was horrible!! Cut the drain hose to make it fit and I had to get a new washer because it leaked!! Would never use them again. Customer service associated with the company was terrible...super unhelpful. I ended up calling Best Buy directly and they helped.

The installers were pleasant, but had to be asked to perform a practice load. That was when we discovered the drain hose had not been properly connected and the water drained through the floor to the den downstairs. Still waiting for any reply from the insurance adjusters to repair the damage.

Delivered the wrong item connected it incorrectly. Had to come to my house three times before it was done correct

I get that installations are contracted out, but would be nice if the crew could speak English so you could communicate appropriately with them. Washer and dryer were not installed exactly where we wanted them and now too heavy to move

Paid for installation so it would be installed right. They installed it wrong. My husband had to fix it. What did I pay for?
