They don’t want to install the new washer and dryer on the pedestal, they said they are not paid to do it. I told them I will pay, they asked how much, I said up to them, but they still wont install it.

Multiple installation dates to install 2 pedestals...terrible internal communication, lack of troubleshooting knowledge, damaged personal property, canceled appointment, and closed out ticket as if it was complete!

Washing machine severe damage in transit, Best Buy reps did not so much as call me the day of the installation to let me know. I eventually got a hold of the warehouse manager (not a BB employee) and was able to get the information from him.

They needed the washer outlet updating to do the install, gave me their number to come back when it was updated. I updated it, called and text them several time, they never showed up to finish the job and marked the service as complete anyway.

1. refused to deliver when three inches of snow were on the ground (It's New England!) 2. Redelivered but test run failed to discover pump too powerful for existing standpipe 3. Cancelled next service visit at end of four hour window 4. Then said, at next visit, too bad, get a plumber.

They didn't install my washer and never refunded me for not doing so. I'm highly disappointed and will never use Best Buy again for installation. If I pay for installation, I need it completed.

The delivery drivers were 5 hours late, were not very knowledgeable and did not bring all the right supplies therefore the install never happened. Trying to get it corrected was even worse. I ended up doing it all myself once I bought the right attachments for a second time.

my new washer arrived damaged. Then Best Buy waited until I contacted them to appraise situation. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and protocols are not well thought out. Appliance was never installed?? Not sure why order status says it was?

Best Buy services suck...cant get anyone to follow up to phone calls emails or even going into the store

They didn't bring the hoses that I paid for just used the old ones and didn't take off my order so it took almost 2 weeks to get my money back also my old washer had a pedestal that he took even through he couldn't put on the new pedestal because it was broken the guy was rude and unprofessional

Thought they did arrive within the time frame, the people who delivered rushed through instillation. The main serviceman wanted me to sign the confirmation slip so they can leave therefore didn't even explain why they couldn't install the $30 tubes I purchased. All he said was "call a plumber."

Incorrect installation with cold mixed up with hot water. Horrible scratches on a supposed new machine top where the lid closes. Too much money for horrible looking delivery and installation. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

one of delivery men came professional the other one that set up the washer completely had hoses backwards and the drain hose not stuck in far enough soon as i turned it on it fell out make them check each other work with separate photos

Installer just took off hurry before I could ask any question

washer installation was never installed bc the stacking kit was NOT included in the delivery. FOURTH ATTEMPT THIS MONDAY hopefully if the stacking kit even comes by itself bc it is LITERALLY the only thing that needs to be delivered.

Installed the hot and cold water lines backwards. Glad I checked it halfway through the first “cold wash setting” run. The thing was filling with hot water ready to bleed all my clothes the same color. Installation is supposed to test for basic operation. Should have done it myself.

I understand it is cya, and at the same a money grab from BB having you buy new hoses. Mine were only about a year old and worked perfectly. Company would not install because I would not buy new when mine worked. Install is super easy anyway.

Very disappointing experience during the replacement of my washer-(THREE TIMES DUE TO PRODUCT DEFECT!) and delivery-(YOU KEPT SENDING IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!) of my product.

Paid for an installation and they didn't bother to balance the machine. I was super happy about that because I've got a torn rotator cuff and was really excited to get to do something I paid for myself. Come on. You have to do better than this.

Installed it myself. Delivery guy only dropped it off because he came without any help. Did not want my help. My family got it upstairs. One star for delivery which was suppose to be an installation as well.
