My machine came all equipped so l didn't have to use them at all.

The installers broke the disaster pan in our brand new home, dented the LG Sidekick Washer and didn't level the machine. New Sidekick was sent out but it also was broken and nobody has contacted us again for replacement. Very bad experience!

Washer is great. Installation by Best Buy was horrible. Said line to tubs too short so put washer cockeyed . Tore up rubber mats when could have easily taken part. Ran cycle and couldn't shut off hose so left water mess. Best Buy did come next day to clean up mess and install properly

Would never order feom here again. Order showed up late. No one could help because warehouse employees forgot to scan items back to stock. Awful. Showed up a week late

They damaged my wall. Was told insurance ance company would contact me. Have followed up with phone calls and emails and it is still not resolved

The installer was upset and frustrated. Very unprofessional. They even scratches the washer and didn't give me time to clean were it went. Parts and hoses were never replaced, but they are still charging me for the parts.

Installer connected the hoses incorrectly and I only got hot water! Best Buy said it would be 3-4 days to get someone back out! So, I had to have someone else switch the hoses!

Totally messed up the delivery. Failed to show up after 3 changes in delivery time and then called us to say they were there after we left for other appointments. Fail.

Repairman insisted on extra money to deliver. Pressured into paying despite delivery being paid through Best Buy. Still haven’t been contacted by Best Buy even though they know this happened

Geek Squad came to connect my washer, but they didn't do the anti tip bracket or test it. They connected my hose and ran the washer and left before the washer started. I could have done what they did on my own. The best part of all was I didn't have to bring it down my stairs.

They can’t coordinate anything. Over three weeks. With four visits to the house. Accomplished nothing, even after escalation to the highest level.

Not sure I would recommend this. They brought the new washer to the basement. They couldn’t hook it up. So they left. Then I had to figure out how to find someone.

We got a new Samsung washer to replace one we recently purchased because it shakes and wobbles terribly when in the spin cycle. The new delivered does the same exact thing. It’s going to damage our floor. It’s very loud

Bad install! Didnt change the water hoses or the Dryer vent hose....NOT HAPPY. The guys that brought out the Pedestals ended up doing it.

WASHER UNIT PULLED OUT WITHOUT DISCONNECTING FIRST AND FLOODED FLOOR. CLEANED OUT BEHIND WASHER AND SERVICEMAN JUST WALKED IT BACK INTO THE FLOOR.

I would give a zero installation crew would not install washer they just got mad and left I have called and ask for manger still no response washer still in garage terrible service

Easy to install but the problem is item is not inspection is totally broken when we start is stumble and very loud sound come out to the washer scary

didn't realize until after that left that the display was from a model 2 machines below what i bought. wanted me to accept any damages to both machine and my house if they brought it up stairs.

Extremely upsetting. The drivers dropped off the machine and left. They said they will not install It. We had to hire someone else to install. Will not be doing business with this again
