Crew did everything they could to skirt the install, they damaged the washing machine, and did not install the dryer hose! When I tried to get them to do their job, they threatened to take the washer and dryer back to the warehouse. Even the best buy reps knew they had a bad reputation.

The washer arrived in perfect physical condition but the installers acted like they did want to set up the unit. Multiple times they intoned that they did not work for Best Buy, which was not helpful in getting the unit set up. I could not get them out of the house fast enough.

I had the install crew for my washer show up and only one of the two men wore a mask. Worse than that was their showing up to install a washer that I had not yet received.

Washer leaked the first day it was installed. Water lines must have been fastened wrong. Next guy came and overtightened. Have to wait 6 weeks for a replacement. Terrible customer service. No action to make it right.

Would not install on the pedestals and refused to wait while I confirmed with Beat Buy. Ultimately they came back 3 days later and installed correctly

Zero. 5 installation appointments and all failed. The worst possible service I have ever experienced. A complete nightmare that has taken 75 hours of my time so far.

Waste of money . I was told I didn't have to pay for installation since they decided to just cut the old (hose) that was installed and use the one below it. Now, it moves up and down because of the pressure.

The guys the came to install were not very nice at all. They gave me a hard time to put the washer on a pedestal that I needed to put in before they hooked the washing machine up. They had no interest in helping me at all.

The installers left my machine with a scratch. Rocked my dryer back and forth when there was no need to even tough the dryer. They were only installing the washer. They spoke another language and I had to ask them what they were saying. They were in too big of hurry to leave.

Avoid if you can!!! Didn't hook up the water line securely to the washer and of course when it let go.....

Received the item with scuff marks and dents. I dont understand why we had to pay full price for something that seem like it wasn’t handled well on the way here.

Used a 3rd party installer in my area and they flooded my entire bottom floor and refused to answer my calls after they left as I was the last stop. I called customer service and they were no help.

This was my 3 scheduled delivery from Beat Buy, and this one takes the cake. Got to emails this morning indicating times they were suppose to arrive. Both times have come and gone. Then no phone call, to inform me they were not coming. Bad customer service

Said the hoses weren’t long enough. Well too bad for me. I hired a plumber the same day for $170 who used the provided hoses and took a movie of it. I had to go to the store and fight to get my $170 back. I succeeded. Awful. Awful. The store assistant manager was nice me.

delivery crew did not set machines into place or level them. They even tried getting out of un-boxing my new machines. I did not pay the extra $ to have them "install" my machine, but I at least expect it to be put in place and leveled.

The service was terrible. They just left the washing in my laundry room and wanted to leave. After I begged them to install the washer for me, they finally did with attitude.

The installation never happened but their systems says it has. I've been waiting for months for them to figure out whats wrong with the order. Getting the run around every week i call them to fix this.

Didn't install the washer right. I had to redo it after.

The installation process was terrible, the contractors damaged my new home with their delivery techniques. They did not remove the shipping screws so the product was not functioning properly.
