Fast, friendly set up. Left no mess. Not much one can say about washer installation. They came, they saw, they set up. Took my old washer. Washer worked without issue. Not sure if this was a free service. But worth paying for because who knows how to set up a washer? Not me. ………………. Thanks Best Buy.

We had issues with our frist order our dryer kept rattling after many times leveling the machine, we returned the machines there was somthing wrong with the dryer and best buy offerd to make things right and even did the install. They came in set both dryer and washer up in no time and they where super nice.

The product installation happened so rapidly that it took me by surprise. They completed the task swiftly, and before I realized it, they were in and out.

The men showed up on time and worked quickly to get the job done. They did an excellent job.

First, I want to say that I love my new washer. Since it took three tries to get a functioning, undamaged machine, I had experience with three different delivery teams. All were excellent. They were courteous, clearly well trained, followed CDC guidelines, and completed the installation skillfully and correctly.

I bought a new LG washing machine from Best Buy. The first delivery in late November was a disaster. The machine was delivered without any protective bedding around it and came with large scuff and scratch marks (through the paint) on one side. The installers, who looked like they were complete rookies, also attached the hot and cold pipes to the wrong inlets on the machine. I asked for an exchange. The second crew was much better: complete protective bedding on the machine, no scuff or scratch marks, and with my help, they correctly attached the hot and cold lines to the machine. The first crew was horrible and inexperienced; the second was professional and great! Watch your installation crews in the future.

They went above and beyond expectations. It was difficult for them to lift the washer over the electric chair my dad uses to get upstairs in our townhouse. They did not complain and did a nice job hooking the washer up and removing the old one which was very heavy and also had to be lifted over the stairway chair. They even called and were able to make the delivery earlier than expected.

I was pretty happy with the installation. They kept me will informed as to the time they would be arriving. The delivery guys were very pleasant and they graciously wrestled the washer down a narrow flight or stairs and through narrow passageways without any drama. So far, no problems with the installation at all.

They were good installation people. Quiet print and efficient.

The two people installing machine were fast, efficient and explained how the machine worked. Gave it a quick test to make sure all was well before they left. Polite, friendly and professional.

The installation service offered from Best Buy for the new unit was great. The team reached out to me before delivery, and arrived right on time. They took care not to damage my home and helped me with requests. They moved my old unit to the garage where I wanted it, again taking care not to damage my home. Great service.

Service was great. They came in removed the old washer and hoses and put the new washer and hoses on. Showed us how to use the new washer. Cleaned up all the trash before they left.

Delivery guys were great. They were really late but it was due to scheduling by the main office. This office blamed it on the guys. Apparently they were called in to work late and truck wasn't ready. As we had taken off from work we couldn't reschedule. Delivery came at 10:15 pm. Guys knew what they were doing and got the washer in quickly. They were pleasant so we didn't mind the late delivery.

The team that installed my appliance did amazing! They were very friendly and were in/out in less than 20 minutes!

This washing machine is two years old it not working properly and when they brought the washing machine they did not install it I have to pay somebody else to install this washing machine so I don't know do it have a warranty on this washing machine

The team was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. It was installed and ready to operate in no time.

I’m sure the technicians are not perfect, but they did a perfect job in my home. From unloading and unpacking the washer, to installing it and explaining the use and care of the equipment, they went the extra mile. More than a year later, everything is still running as it should!

We purchased a matching LG washer and dryer from BB. We paid (not much) for the installation. The BB guys were great! The were courteous, explained everything. Cleaned up all the papers and things. They removed the old washer and dryer, carefully unpacked and installed the new pair. Ran some tests then showed us the features etc. Great experience!

Install was a breeze on time and very professional
