Your sub-contractor was very unprofessional and Best Buy did nothing to compensate me for my time! I’m NOT happy at all! I’ll NEVER deal with Best Buy ever again.

No one installed my washer. They showed up and said they couldn't do it for whatever reason and left. I ended up having to hire someone else to come in and complete the job.

they did not hook u the drain hose to the drain water went all over the floor

Washer was not installed because the machine did not come with needed hoses or strainer screens which need to be purchased separately. Hooked up the machine myself but it still will not work due to a door lock issue.

Drain hose still leaks - guys that stacked said washer would have to be replaced. Guys sent out to repair said would have to be replaced!! We have heard nothing from Best Buy!

It was a very bad timing. The crew came-in when we were in middle of moving into the home. I had the truck came-in. We asked the crew to wait for few of minutes to move the things around. They did not wait and we had to go through a lot to have them come again for installation.

Delivery personnel would not install on the existing stand.

Did not install properly. Water leaked all over laundry room. They would not come and fix it

poor installation procedure. didn't demonstrate product functionality. pay attention to the installers and make sure they show you that the product works before they leave and save yourself the headache and hassle of trying to get them to come back!

Installer mixed the water lines, didn’t have proper tools and did not give new hoses etc.. I had to have a neighbor do it correctly

BE CAREFUL LETTING BESTBUY INSTALL PRODUCTS IN YOUR HOME. THE INSTALLATION TEAM CRACKED A PIPE AND CAUSED MY KITCHEN TO FLOOD. HAD TO GET A PLUMBER TO MY RESIDENCE BEFORE I COULD EVEN TRY THE PRODUCT OUT.

After waiting 4 months for delivery they couldn’t install because they had the wrong parts. !!!!

Very disappointed. Delivery guys did not even try to bring the washer in. Looked at the doorway and decided the washer would not fit. Both the washer and dryer we have now are larger than the washer we ordered.

Horrible! Way way to loud! I though maybe it was off balance and no it wasn't! GE take it off the market..

Install could not be completed because the stacking kit was missing which was not the driver’s fault, BUT he was argumentative and rude about every aspect of the delivery.

We had a horrible experience and would not welcome this installation group back into our home. I hope Bestbuy starts to use Geek Squad for installs and can manage the personnel themselves. This almost made me abandon Bestbuy as my goto store for such purchases.

I think the bestbuy delivery guys are just in a hurry and get things done right away without checking if they installed it right. I have to call and asked to service my washer 2x because of installation issues. Good thing Geek squad was able to fix the problem.

I know it was an accident but the delivery guys put a dent in my week old refrigerator while delivering my washer and dryer. It's been a few weeks and the issue has not been resolved with best buys claims department.

Sad they delivered 2 washers. I'm still getting error codes for the washer they setup. My dryer vent isn't even attached.

My drain pipe was damaged by the installer and no one will return my call had to pay to fix the problem myself I WILL NEVER BUY APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!!!
