Guy that installed my washer told me it was balanced (NOT) it wasn't! Guy that installed my washer had my faucets leaking when he left and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me.(It wasn't leaking before he got here). I had to call a plumber to come replace the valve. (Thanks)

washer/dryer delivered without pedestals we ordered.pedestals cancelled by Best Buy ! Called 7 times, each time was hung up on.Talked to one person who passed us to another number that rang about 30 times, no one picked up.

Tech wouldn't install until I replaced my water valve, even though it was only dripping when off and once it was connected and on, it wasnt leaking.... Cost me $350 for a plumber to replace valve for no reason!!!

Washing machine was delivered and plugged in. They did not test it to be sure it was working. The washing machine does not work. It gives a sensor error displayed, I will need to get another one delivered ASAP!

I purchased the washer in early December with a guaranteed delivery date mid-December. The delivery date has been postponed 3 times and is not due to be delivered now until April 2022.

They didn't install my washer because they said pan was too small and I called out a handy man and my washer fit small. they are lazy and the dryer vent was not hooked up to dryer. Best buy worst service

The old water lines (with water in the line) were thrown into a closed closet floor. Found 2 weeks later when the smell started to come from the closet. Yet, third party service team still wanted a tip.

The installers told my wife that she needed to call a plumber to install two hoses ( hot and cold) to the washing machine. Really.

Did note complete the post installation checkout properly.

The installation caused a flood in my house. The technician was not skilled. He never gave me a direction book for the washer either and never explained anything. My new floor was damaged.

Delivery team never called the promised 30 minutes in advanced so owners we not present at location. Kitchen contractor accepted delivery. Delivery team never performed installation of any appliances..

I can’t say enough negative things about this installation. The discharge hose leaked and they almost punctured the supply hose with a screw. Plus they were very sloppy and left trash behind.

Delivery never made it, had to hire a contractor to install, they skipped my delivery, lied to me about coming, then I finally got a hold of them and they dropped off my appliances without installing. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

The washer installation was bad. The way the tech installed it caused my washer to leak into my closet.

I would never have them do an install. The company that they have do them are the worst ever. If the had zero stars thats what I would have given them. I had to do they install.

They didn't do any installation or anything. They left the machine and left. They take zero responsibility.

The persons who came to my home did not want to disconnect the hoses from my previous washer or hook up the hoses to my new washer he said it wasn’t in the contract, but my contract states that they would install and check washer before leaving. A bunch of bunk.

Paid for delivery and install. The delivery was late

Technicians were okay. But best buy changed the installation schedule after sending a message they will arrive after 30min. Then didn’t appear! Even sent a changed schedule after 1h later from initial scheduled time. Hate that how they treat customers

washer has a large dent ,we were told that we would receive a call about a replacement, which never happened ! Plus that we would receive e-mail concerning our purchase .never happened ! delivered on 6/23/20. Buddy Byers
