In August we were delivered a broken washing machine. Every month our delivery date for a new washing machine gets cancelled. We are now crossing our fingers that our December delivery date will not be cancelled.

was required to buy stainless steel hoses $30 When they arrived to install washer, then was told they wouldn't hook up washer unless I got stainless steel hoses for dryer, another $30 on the spot

Poor service and handling the installation process as we had requested installation weeks prior to covid 19 and the tech never put the order in and had running circles practically making us beg to have our product delivered

Installers arrived and informed us that we needed to purchase more hook ups to complete installation. We placed order online and all parts for installation were bought and paid for. Will be going elsewhere for next big purchase.

first person just dropped off the machine and removed my old machine. He said he did not have the hoses to connect the washing machine to the water supply. I had to wait for another person to bring the hose and hook up the washing machine. Poor planning at the warehouse.

Delivery people lied about having the door hinge on switched. They told me that Service person would contact me about correcting the door opening. This never happened. When I contacted Best Buy store, I was as informed that hinge could not be changed in washer door

Drain hose flimsy and not long enough. I had to spend half a day and spend $35 finding a longer hose and installing it myself. BestBuy customer service said they did not have longer drain hoses in warehouse or stores, but did give me a $50 credit to not return the washer.

Took TWO hours our last ones took 30 mins, "geek squad" showed up hungover and couldn't get his act together. Put drain hose in too far and I thought I had a lemon because the washer couldn't drain.

everything looked good when the installer put everything in, but he added a splitter for the water line and didnt tighten it fully, resulting in a small flood in our laundry room. big bummer!

Beware that you need to buy new hoses from Best Buy at a inflated price or they won't install the washer. Also if the drain hose does not reach they walk away and do not connect it. Salesman does not explain the installation as to what is needed as it typically is free.

The company brought the machine to my house without a stacking kit 3 times... they refused to install it 3 times and finally I had to purchase the stacking kit separately and have it when they came over for the fourth time and didn't have the kit with them again....

The delivery guy was rude and refused to install our washing machine. He claims that after seeing a drip of water he could not and would not install nor haul away the old one. This left us stuck having to do work we paid for.

Installation was terrible. Washer leaked all over the floor. After hours and hours spent scheduling a return visit, no-one showed up. Still waiting for someone to do something.

Was never installed by Best Buy, the Greek squad have no manners this was my first experience with them

The installers said they wouldn’t be able to get it into my cabinets, so it was never installed by them and they left. I heard it’s because if they can’t have an easy hookup they won’t do it at all.

As they stripped the plastic and cardboard off my new washer, pieces of the plastic scattered across the parking lot. No effort to retrieve it and they had to walk over it to return to the truck after installation.

first delivery was 8 hours late they claimed it could not be installed and left. the store worked with me for a new delivery date. the second date was good and delivery happened as it should

They scratched the side of my washer. Said it was paint, Rubbed that part off but there were 3 little scratches below that.

Although the Best Buy reps were helpful, the final delivery was flawed. When the delivery arrived, the installer informed me a stacking kit was required to complete the installation. Soon, I discovered that Best Buy doesn't sell the required kit. What a mess!

Communication does not exsist. The fuzzy that came out would not even take it out of the box until everything met his standards so I could hook it up myself and they were supposed to come backs this past Tuesday which didn’t happen. Now it is Friday
