The installers were texting and taking personal calls during the installation. Maybe if they were paying attention to installing my washer and dryer instead of their phones, they would not have scratched and damaged my hardwood floor.

They came out and need to change the direction of the door. They did not have tools and broke the door. We then needed to go round and round to get a new one. eventually it was taken care of to our satisfaction but way too much brain damage.

They did not do anything !! They did no work left the washer there and I have not beem able to get through to customer service!

The delivery person did not install it. They called me to tell me the issue and I told them that I would deal with it later but to install it. They didn't they just left it in the center of the kitchen. I had to pay someone else to install it.

Install techs mixed up hot and cold water and did not properly install. They have not completed their end of the signed agreement.

Have had them come out 3 times and on the third time they never even hooked it up. First 2 didn't tell me about a water leak. Wasnt balanced. Pretty much the worst install ever

Too many things went wrong to list here. Customer service volunteered to give me a gift card for my trouble but never did. When I asked them about, they said that they would send it but never did.

Argued w/my husband & he asked them to leave at house so someone else could install. They said he refused the item. Not true. We had to call plumber who did a great job installing after second delivery.

3rd party installers were horrible. They broke my shut off valve and had water all over my floor. I had to suggest to turn the water off from the main line. They did not know much except for carrying the washer in the house and plugging it in!

The guys that did the installation reversed the water connection’s (the we’re properly labeled) so I did a few loads of clothes before realizing this. Sad to pay extra and they can’t get it right.

Installer did not replace dryer vent hose and it resulted in an error code that required cleaning the old vent hose and me replacing it with a new one.

It was terrible. The installer broke several things, damaged wall, then got frustrated and left without installing.

I am currently having trouble with my dryer and every time I call the number to set up an appointment the automatic services hangs up on me. This review is from 3-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection

The installers didn’t actually install anything. They rushed the items in, carried them in and left. When we told them Our paperwork clearly showed delivery AND install they rushed out the door. We were extremely disappointed.

The electronics settings flat out don't work as they should. Load size must be kept to a minimum or clothing wont get wet

The gentleman did not turn off the hot water before he attempted to screw off the hose. Next thing we know it pops and water everywhere. The pipe broke off and we had a mess.

First washer broken paid for install guy refused to install had to wait over a month to get a working washer since geek squad or repair system sucks they just keep swnding delievery guys

Not recommended, very poor, the attention and Education not haven't

The team scratched my appliances terribly. They were careless and made mistakes that could have been avoided.

Had to reschedule 4 times and then ultimately pick it up myself. They lied about the times they were coming and left before I was able to meet them. Claimed they couldn’t find my location.
