Dinged front of washer

Took away the anti-skid pads included in the packaging, as well as the adjustment wrench (for adjusting height to make washer level).

THE TRUCK LEAKED OIL IN THE FRONT OF MY HOUSE. MUCH MORE TO ADD. I HAVE FILED TO COMPLAINTS AND HAVE NEVER GOTTIN ANY RESPONSE.

The Wash and Dry makes things better

Delivery Install

They would detract me from purchasing an appliance from Best Buy again. Getting Best Buy to remedy the situation was also challenging.

I was not told until day of delivery, installers were not allowed to install under sink. Delivery was made but I had to pay outside plumber $75 to install.

They delieverd my washer and dryer early and they said i would have to wait a couple of days just for someone to come out to install it. I was not happy since i was out of a washer and dryer for over a week.
