Scratched!

Best Buy did GREEAT. But the 3rd parry installer was horrible. Severely disappointed.

Hype but a big disappointment

Water level comes in too low even for lingere. Selling features of steam very deceptive!

Terrible service

Samsung product not recommended

Went in-person to arrange to swap machine for new machine, and had to wait two weeks for delivery and installation! Great inconvenience to my family!
