Horrible Installation

Was a nightmare wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy - but I do love my LG machines!

Arrived Broken

They could not remove the existing couplings so I had to install the system myself. CYA is the name of the game with this team.

Bad installation but great washer

Too many issues

Installer LEFT NEW Washer that didn't work
