Good washer .My old washer I replaced this one with had more features to it . But it was time to replace .

They did dent the washer when bringing it in..they replaced it with no problems.

After installation I noticed scratch on washer and wanted it replaced. After all I did just spend 3k. It was a hassle free exchange and in a timely manner

Although Best Buy required a large, cumbersome vent for installng my new dryer in my small laundry room, one of the installers used his ingenuity to connect the vent directly so my dryer did not have to sit out in the middle of the room. It made all the difference. I am so grateful!

Excellent customer service. Called us when leaving the previous customer. Courteous and professional. Tested and showed us how to use the dryer.

Had a washer and dryer delivered on 7/30 and first thing they did wrong was remove the shipping bolts outside. i was concerned about this because the washer was not easily brought up my stairs. there was some hard landings on each step, having the bolts left on would have protected the moving parts. second, they did not level the machine properly. 3rd they installed the hoses all tangled up (picture attached). on my first wash i got a message to turn on the water after a few minutes. i had to have the hoses untangled and it's been fine ever since. and i also had to have the machine leveled properly.

New washer and dryer: we allowed the installation to be done by those who had done many, previously. The were on time, knew what they were doing. It went smoothly; quick & easy.

Delivery guys were very friendly and professional, they answered all my questions and got the job done quickly

They came when they said they would and we’re able to get me connected the same day with no issues

Excellent and specifically ordered it with an agitator. It’s now to remove clothing without having to use a hanger as with the Sansung washer without an agitator

It’s a monster, especially with the pedestal, but a great improvement over my removed system.

He left on of the valves closed. He left me thinking it was the washer connections to the apartment as for why it wasn’t working. My maintenance man fixed it

The Best Buy installation techs were very professional and helpful.

The two installation guys were definitely unprofessional. My previous washing machine had liquid at the bottom of it and when I informed them that I didn't finish draining it, assured me it was fine. When they lifted it, all of the water spilled out. On top of that, they tried to angle the washer and dryer out of the room and dinged up the wall. This image is the laundry room entry. Additionally, they left a part out of the new washing machine and failed to even start, let alone complete the installation checklist. Finally, they had the nerve to ask me to sign saying there was no damage and that all was complete. I asked about the damage and how it will be covered and he told me that he is new and he'll be right back. He hopped in the truck and drove off leaving my wife and I with wall damage, a flooded floor, and a potentially malfunctioned washing machine.

Love my washer , it’s a great product and it looks beautiful

They put it in fast and easy because I was prepped for arrival but they didn’t really set it where it was supposed to go or level it for that matter. They set them side by side.

Super fast and professional installers - I was very happy to finally be able to replace my old washer/dryer. These guys performed safety checks prior to leaving to ensure proper installation.

We had the word experience with our installation. Upon running the first load of laundry in the new washer, I came down to a completely flooded basement. 5 hours before I was leaving on an international trip. It turned out the installer didn’t put the drain hose into the drain pipe. So all the water from the wash and rinse cycles drained all over my floor. There was an inch of standing water in the laundry room, which is concrete. But there are also lots of boxes stored there, as well as paper products. All ruined. And the water then seeped out onto the carpeted finished part of the basement. We had to have people cone out and rip out the baseboards , cut out the carpet padding (which then had to be replaced), and install fans and dehumidifiers to run for days to dry things out. And since we were out of town I had to arrange for someone to come to the house each day to let them in. Best Buy called quickly to make sure we knew they had no liability in this because it was a third party delivery company (hired by Best Buy). We haven’t finished the repair work so haven’t submitted our bills to the delivery company, so don’t know yet how easy it will be to get reimbursed. Best Buy also tried to make us feel guilty about submitting a claim by saying the installer would have to pay out of pocket for any claim. I’m sorry about that, but so far, my $750 washing machine has cost us $2400 in repairs. That’s not something I should have to pay.
