The Best Buy Boys were so awesome. I wish that everyone could have the wonderful installation service we had from Felipe & Rudy M. They're pros, they're gentlemen, and they were super cool about masking in our house to help keep us healthy. They deserve raises.

The delivery and installation of our Whirlpool washing machine was absolutely flawless. The gentlemen who arrived were very professional and work as a team. They worked quickly but were very courteous. After the install and leveling of the machine, they tested everything to make sure their work was done to satisfaction. We could not have had a better experience.

It was done effortlessly. The guys came in and we’re out in probably about 45 minutes. Very professional, nice young men.

The guys were careful & quiet while going up & down stairs to the basement. They did an excellent job.

The gentleman that came into deliver and set up, our washing machine was spectacular very clean very efficient and is working very polite. Would recommend using him.

Purchased a GE Top Loading Washer and it was delivered today, Tuesday. NOT happy with the installation. I purchases two strainer screen washers to use on the water hoses and the installer said I didn’t need them as the machine had them, but according to the owner’s manual those were parts sold separately so I purchased them. I put a level on the machine after they hooked it up and it wasn’t quite level they said it was okay. The installers ran the machine to fill it with some water then switched it over to Drain & Spin and prior to the machine finish draining they stopped the cycle and opened the lid said they were done and were leaving. At that time, I checked and could not close the lid. I got them before they left and after some time working with the washer cycles, sticking a pen down where the lid locks and then unplugging the machine they were able to close the lid. They ran the Drain & Spin cycle again and when it got to about 5 minutes left in the cycle they stopped the cycle waited for the drum to stop spinning and then opened the lid again and closed it and the cycle was left to complete. I noticed the machine wobbled during the cycle and they said that was normal. They again said they were done and left. After the cycle was done I double checked for leaks behind the unit at which point I noticed that the Hot water hose was connected to my cold water and the Cold water hose was connected to my hot water. Now this is either an installation error or an error on the marking of the GE Top Loading Washer I purchased. I immediately called Best Buy to get someone back here. The installers had left about 15 minutes prior to my call to Best Buy. It was early enough that the woman I spoke to Loretta, said she could not see that my machine was installed yet. I was informed that no one could come back today and the earliest I could get someone would be two days from now. I asked her if I could use the machine as I had been without one for a week now. She said she would not suggest I do so until someone could come here to check on the installation. I asked if the same installers would come she said she would request another installer. I already had to take a half day off from work. Now I would have to do the same and wait until Thursday with a 12:00pm – 6:00pm time frame. I told Lorretta I know it was not her fault and she was sorry about what happened, but this is totally unacceptable that I need to take more time off from work or must wait until Saturday to have someone check on this.

The two men who installed the washer were very professional and took the utmost care in delivering it and placing it in my home

We had good services from the installed teams that came to install both washers. 1. notice the lid of the washer was broken 2. the second washer, the team was very professional and nice

With a washer if it’s not leveled or installed correctly it can create problems. But mine is quite as a mouse so I know it was leveled and installed correctly
