Gentleman who arrived were efficient. Looked out for the corners so they wouldn’t bang the walls and were very professional.

The installation man that was sent out to install my new Samsung washing machine was terrific. Removed my old machine and put it in the designated spot I requested. The installer was timely, professional, neat, quick, and hauled off all the packing material too. Tested all connections and made sure the machine was working as it should, and reviewed the main points of operation with us before he left.

The delivery guys were on time and very efficient in hauling away the old washer and in installing the new one. They ran a wash cycle to make sure everything was hooked up right and that there were no leaks.

The gentlemen that came out to install the washing machine were very professional. They came out and installed it very quickly. They were very careful not to bang the washer when entering the house or putting it in place.

Fast and courteous. The guys who delivered and hooked up my washer were very pleasant and careful when bringing in the washer and hooking it up. They made sure it worked and did not leake before they left.

The 3 man crew that came were on time and were polite. The washing machine was installed where I requested. I have 2 complaints, however. 1) The drain hose goes into the laundry tub, and there is a plastic u-shaped piece that is to be attached to the hose to help it stay over the edge of the tub. This was not installed. It wasn't hard, but had I not done it myself the hose might have come out of the tub and sprayed water around. Given that these men deliver and install washing machines they should know to do this. 2) I didn't see them level the machine, and I wanted to make sure it wouldn't vibrate. I asked if it was level and the guy shook it and said it didn't move. What I would want is for him to actually have a level and make sure it was indeed level.

Can not say enough good things about the install. The 2 gentlemen were professional courteous pleasant and very informative.

Thank god for this- I sure as heck know I wouldn't be able to do it myself since I work from home and would honestly be lost with the instructions. It's an extra expense that's certainly worth it!

My experience with delivery and installation from best buy has always been great. The drivers called me when they were 20 minutes out, which gave me us time to be prepared for their arrival. The installation was quick and they were professional and informative about our new machine. They ran a cycle to ensure everything works as expected and stayed to explain details.

Very pleased with the service and install of my new Maytag washing machine. Best Buy crew were very careful getting it through the doors and then hooking it up. Afterwards they took time testing it to make sure everything worked before they left. They also answered my questions. Very professional and personable! Kudos to Agent Eric Hunt for a job well done.
