Our installers crew took our old washer out. They removed the washer off the lower drawer section we have and installed the new washer on top. After this was completed the crew put the washer/ bottom drawer back into place.

The first washer I received was damaged the drivers put the washer in place hook it up never ran a test on it when I went to do laundry water came from the bottom of the washer I contacted Best Buy let them know what happened only to have to wait a week later on another washer received the second washer the drivers damaged the weather strip on my door I call and report it no one has contacted me back yet and we are now in January

The installers were absolutely amazing , the process and the customer service however definitely not 5 stars. If it wasn't for the great install team I would have returned my product and never shopped at Best Buy again. They were very apologetic for the misfortune I had deal with of the customer service which has nothing to do with installers , they were on time for having lack of communication from the customer service team. I will just say The installers have nothing to do with best buys customer service I don't even think best buy has anything to do with their own customer service cause it was the absolute worst. Thank you so much for making my install experience easy & comfortable plus easy going ..
