Very pleased with the service and install of my new Maytag washing machine. Best Buy crew were very careful getting it through the doors and then hooking it up. Afterwards they took time testing it to make sure everything worked before they left. They also answered my questions. Very professional and personable! Kudos to Agent Eric Hunt for a job well done.

Courteous and professional service call on our new Maytag washer. After checking everything out, it was determined that the operator was more at fault than the washer. All is well!

Returned 1st washer but replacement seems to be working well. Although process was way too long, it was fairly simple.

I have to give to the gentlemen that delivered and installed this washing machine. We have an odd confluence of doors to get to the laundry room. Our home is brand new with new floors. Thee installers used straps to lift the machine off the floor. Beautiful job.

I received THREE text notifications narrowing down the arrival time of the technicians (one the night before from Best Buy and two on the day from the technicians). Like most who receive a delivery and installation during the work day, I needed these to help plan my day. The installation was rapid and professional with no leaks. Exactly what I would want.

I was hesitant about getting the professional install due to all the negative reviews online. The install was free with my purchase, so I let them do it. I can always fix it later. The install came out great. The two installers did a great job hooking up everything correctly. I guess it's luck of the draw on who you get.

The original delivery guys stated my faucets were frozen and that they could not install the washer. They left the washer and hurried out the door. I called a plumber to come fix the faucets so that I could have the washer installed. They were NOT frozen; they have an area that must be loosened in order to shut off the water. 5 seconds later, it was off. Not sending knowledgeable installers is a waste of time, money and energy. I was going to have the plumber go ahead and install the washer, but when we opened the box, the washer was severely damaged. The only reason this review has 3 stars is because the second installation team that brought the replacement washer were in much less of a hurry and were more proud of a job well-done.

These guys were extremely professional! By professional I mean arriving when they say they would "7 AM" on a Saturday Morning! Yes you read right, I needed my washer as mine needed to be replaced and fast. Fast is what these guys were. These gentlemen were courteous and professional. Did even bump into walls when removing the old machine! Top Notch Service!

The installation of my washer was fantastic. The installers carried the washer into the house, leveled the washer & ensured it was in working condition. They also removed my old washer. The BestBuys app was great to give one an eta on the delivery.

I love my Samsung washer. I no longer hate laundry day, because i know my sheets are as clean as they can be when i use the special "Bedding" cycle that is pre-programmed to get out odors, blood, sweat or any other stubborn stains. The rinse cycle removes all detergent and grime, so there are no lingering chemicals oe irritants to irritate the skin--just a nice aroma and softness! I no longer have to use stain remivers, which is cost effective!

Is quite, has a good cycles selection, add s good amount of detergent. Clothes is clean and fresh. Good value for quality.

As I work in installation and delivery I have high expectations when it comes to some one delivering something to my home .the guys were great helped with any questions very professional and were in and out in a jiffy lol. I would recommend paying for the installation fee from Best Buy . And remember don’t forget to tip your guys when they do a good job !

The team did a good job on installation. They prepared well by remembering to bring the needed item and made updates to me so I was kept in the loop.
