The washer is great, but the installers were AWFUL! The agreement was that they were supposed to exchange out a damaged washer and install a new one in its place. They refused to install the new one because we had a shelf installed above the washer. However, there was plenty of room under the shelf to reach the water connectors and install the new washer because the installers, themselves, dismantled the previous washer without incident -- which PROVES there was plenty of room under the shelf or they couldn't have dismantled it. So...if they could dismantle it, WHY couldn't they have installed the new one as promised? They were rude and unhelpful. I had to make an emergency call to my contractor to come over and install the new washer which cost me travel and overtime costs. Per our agreement, I shouldn't have incurred any install fees -- it was to be included in the Best Buy delivery. Frankly, they just didn't want to install it. But they sure wanted to remove the old one ASAP and didn't waste a minute doing that! They also did not carry blankets or any type of floor covering. This concerned me because I just had a new wood floor installed during our remodel. They asked me for window spray so they could roll out the old washer over my brand new floor. Really? It was totally unprofessional, start to finish, and it will make me think twice about ever using Best Buy, again! It will be interesting to see if you really read this and get back to me with some sort of response. If you really care, the ball is in your court.

Excellent, quick, and professional service, saved me the headache. I thought about doing it myself but idk, sounded like a pain in the butt. Happy I got the install and would recommend it to anyone, worth the upcharge!

Malik & Kevin installed my appliances and they were the upmost professional and customer service oriented individuals I’ve experienced from Best Buy. I’ve had non stop issues trying to receive my product and they took made sure to take care of order. They went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for the service they provided.

Everything was great with the single exception of the guys coming in with their shoes onto our carpet. I'm sure that just is what it is with installations.

The delivery guys were very polite and helpful.They saw that I was elderly and had to put this in my utility room by myself so they put it in the room and hooked it up for me. This is what we need more of polity and helpful.
