On-point service! I received multiple emails from BB reminding me of our delivery and installation appointment. They called like 30 mins prior to prepare us for their arrival. They were on-time. Got our old machine out, installed the new one fairly quickly. Gave us all the directions we needed and were patient with our questions and willing to answer. Great service with a smile.

The peoppe that came were helpful and quick. They explained what they did and they made sure the washer worked befoee leaving.

The gentlemen that came out to install my washer and dryer were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They notified me when they were on their way-stayed true to scheduled delivery time. Explained what they were doing. Appreciate them and their excellent work ethic

The first installation guy would not install my washer, stating I needed something replaced. I had to reschedule and call a plumber. The plumber said nothing needed replaced and did a very minor repair just to do something since he said he had to charge me for coming to the house. The next installer said the first installer should have installed the washer, everything is well. He installed it quickly and efficiently and all works well. 1 star is for the first installers, 5 stars for the second so that equals 3 stars. Overall, I was very disappointed in the waste of time and money and doubted there was a problem from the beginning.
