Did not want to bring it down the stairs because his shoulder hurt. Said the old washer would not go up the stairs. Said they were not going to install. Argue, argue, argue. Finally they did it and today we found out that the hot and cold connections are reversed on the washer.

The guys that delivered this unit were careless and a bit rude. They appeared to be frustrated and were not very resposnsive. I had to ask them to check that the washer was level. Dont let them sell you the overpriced braided supply lines. The factory lines work just fine. I only recomend the service because it is better than borrowing or renting a truck and finding someone to help move it.

The installers were nice but they could barely pick it up and almost dropped it several times. They did not put the clamp in place to keep the dryer duct attached to the vent. They did not remove the shipping rod or make sure the water was hooked up prior to telling me I was good to go. They did not explain anything prior to leaving. They just told me that I needed to call the 800 number if it didn't work. The electricity was out due to the recent hurricane so they are not to blame for testing the product but they could have at least installed it instead of me, being 120 lbs trying to move it away from the wall and fixing it myself.

Horrible experience with washing machine installation. The first installer showed up and wouldn't install, because he said the spigots were corroded and I needed to call a plumber. The plumber came by and shook his head in disbelief, because it was soap, not corrosion. He went ahead and turned off the water and disconnected the hoses to prepare for delivery. A week later the installers showed up again, 3 guys. One guy got hurt as they hauled away the old washing machine down the stairs, claiming his buddy had slipped because I asked them to wear shoe covers to protect the carpet I had just spent $5000 to replace. The young man who'd gotten injured had chosen to not wear shoes. They refused to carry the new machine up the stairs with shoe covers, so I relented and asked them to wait a minute so I could get something for them to dry the bottom of their shoes. I turned around, they drove off. There's a washing machine by my front door, shoved against the wall, because the young man who got injured was mad. There were 3 of them, there was no reason the other 2 couldn't do the installation. He was angry and huffy and extremely disrespectful. Give the machine is by the next door, it was neither delivered, or installed. When I called the 800 number, I was told I'd have to wait until the next day to reschedule and I'd have to go back into a que. This is beyond acceptable. I strongly recommend hiring your own installer and avoiding Best Buy installers.

Guys were great. Efficient, polite, and professional. Always have good luck with Best Buy delivery.

Purchased a washer dryer with the installation kit. First 2 times they deliver it was damage the 3rd time it was good but they didnt had the kit to install it i called best buy and they said some one was going the next day to install it from 7am to 1 pm. I waited all day no one showed up and at 5 they called me and told me that no one was home when they went. Horrible service. 3 weeks later and machine not installed. Called best buy and no one van give me an answer.
