The materials needed and order to install were not complete. It took Three different time to get the install completed. The last time the installers arrived at 6:15 am.

The installer was rushed noting how many calls he had that day. It sounded like an unrealistic number. The washer hose was not connected properly causing flooding-- damage to the wood floors in my new 2-day old house. Damage also to furnishings and required 3 days of blowers and dehumidifiers to dry out the laundry and adjacent room,,, and then several more days to get an installer back in. Second installation was done by a company that specializes in appliance installations

Don't waste your money. Service "professionals" were very rude, swore in front of me and my child, and didn't even install the appliance correctly (it started leaking a few days after install and I had to fix it). They also threatened to upcharge me to unplug the old appliance. I saved $65 by unplugging it myself.

Didn't complete install. Only installed cold water hook up - not the hot water. Leveled the machine but didn't leave any room between dryer so I had to relevel and balance after re-positioning.

The was was installed well but they ruined my floor taking out the old washer.

You need to give a am or pm for install and your installation people need to learn whe to take out shipping bolts and knowing not to use razor knife and slice his finger from the bottom two top were he needed stitches and when the customer asked for the store mgr to call them back I still whiting for that call today

The delivery company had NO KNOWLEDGE of the product. They did not know the unit was an all-in-one and stated they would return with dryer. Incompetence at its best! They did NOT remove the old unit even though it was paid for and they also DID NOT install the unit that was delivered and left it in the middle of the bathroom. THIS HAS BEEN A DISASTER!!!

I paid for installation and purchased the required hoses and cords. Installers brought washer and dryer into house and left. Did not hook up anything. They even had the wrong dryer cord and told us to go to Home Depot or lowes to get one. Even though purchasing the cord was required by Best Buy to purchase the installation. Absolutely horrible experience for delivery and installation. Because they didn’t install the machines I can’t review them at this point.

I would give zero stars if that was an option; very disappointed in Best Buy's response to damage, caused to my baluster, by their installers. Their claims company, Sedgwick, does not answer the phone and does not return e-mails or phone messages. It has been 2+ months... Best Buy will not intervene and does not stand behind their services; BEWARE if you have issues with your installation you are not protected. I moved everything within the path to prepare for the installation; they also left black marks on my carpets and walls - I can deal with that but not damage that requires professional repair!

I have had this washer for only 4 years and it is broken , keeps going off balance I replaced the 4 shocks and that only worked for 3 weeks and it’s broke again I’m so disappointed in this washer I loved it the first 3 years!

They had to come 5 times to get it installed. They eventually did but it was a messy experience

Installers made excuses for why they were unable to install the washer. We had to hire and pay for another installer who told us that there was no reason why the first installers couldn't have done it and probably just wanted to go home since we were the last stop of the day. We called customer service who told us they would follow up and never did. It's been 5 months.

The first group guys messed up the dryer vent hose stashed it. They had to send someone else to fix it

The installers didn’t put the proper clamp on the washer end of the drain hose attachment so it leaked. We had to have a 2nd crew out to fix it. Also the drain hose is so stiff and hard plastic so it doesn’t bend properly to drain into the utility sink. We’ve had to use duct tape and wire to make it semi-safe and, hopefully, not spew water everywhere as it drains.

I would give no stars if possible. 3 delivery teams have shown up in 10 days and no one has installed anything. It's all sitting in my garage. Im about to call the Ann Arbor MI store and cancel my order. I was promised a call back within 4 hours yesterday to schedule installation and no one has called. I would not recommend their service to anyone at all!!!

If I could give less than a star I would. The third party vendor Best Buy used installed my washer incorrectly and nearly flooded my entire house. Lucky I was home to shut off the water. Very poor service!!

My washer install was literally the worst customer experience of my life. Ultimately I had to use my own plumber to do the installation and they still haven’t come to at least haul off the old washer. DO NOT USE BEST BUY.

I had someone else present for the delivery/install because i couldn't be there. The install is hideous and they clearly don't care about how these things look for the person who has to live with how it looks. No effort was made to minimize appearance of tubs and lines. horrible

The installer arrived within the delivery window and the washer came in excellent condition. The only problem is that the washer was never installed! The installer brought the washer inside, took a picture of it and told us that we had 2 weeks to return it, then left. We ended up installing it ourselves.

I wish a had the washer I bought so it could be installed. Someone on Best Buys end cancelled it. I found out because I called out of curiosity. Dealing with I don't know how many departments to understand what happened, which never did, and then having to request a refund and not being complete, was a real headache. Honestly, a very disappointing experience.
