Installation team was polite and prepared, efficient and quiet in their approach. They are friendly and skilled. They didn't take much time to do their job yet they were patient in waiting for me to clear out the space left by the old appliances before installing the new. Highly professional.

The installation of our washing machine was done quickly and well.

This washer and dryer is perfect for our big family. They are easy to use and have saved us a ton of time doing laundry. We were even able to wash and dry our queen size comforter in them. The only downfall is my wife is only 5’1 so needs a step to reach the bottom of washer.

installers seemed rushed, they spilled water everywhere and didnt clean up also they hooked up hot and cold water backwards. i had to tell them to remove the plastic from inside the until door, they also could barely speak English

The technicians came out on time, 15 minutes early actually, were professional and very polite. They answered any questions I had and the whole install only lasted about 20 minutes from start to finish. I could really tell that they knew what they were doing and that is yet another reason why I trust Best Buy for all of my large electronic/appliance purchases.

Best Buy's crew provided the professional installation services. They called me 20 mins before arriving. Explained the details and tested the machine before they left.

Best Buy's installation of our Samsung washing machine was great. Installers called before arriving, we're polite, clean and quick. They were sure to walk me through what they were doing and reviewed some of the features of our washing machine before leaving.

The install team arrived on time, scouted the pathway and then went to work. They removed the old machine and installed the new LG efficiently, then carefully navigated the stairs to avoid banging against the walls and stair railing. After install, they ran a test cycle and explained some key functions.

The install crew did an amazing job setting up my new washer! The install and haul away went very quickly with no issues. They also took the time to explain to me on how to use my new washer!
