I live in a condo where the washer/dryer are inside a small closet. I would not have been able to do the installation on my own without a lot of blood, sweat, and tears so having Best Buy do it for me was a great decision. They were very professional and had the new units installed quickly with no problems. These guys knew what they were doing for sure!

My installer was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure that my washer and dryer were installed and functional. He even did a bit of cleaning!

Since I only had to purchase the hoses with my washing machine to get the installation for free I figure, why not? I moved the old machine out of the way and cleared the path for them to bring in the new machine and they had the new machine in within about 30 minutes. Everything works great after about 2 weeks of use so I can't complain.

The installers did a fantastic job and have it done really fast.

Our installation was within their revised time period and they were professional with their removal & installation….however, please make sure to follow their guidelines prior to their delivery.

Washer is relatively simple to use. It has multiple options for type of clothes, temperature, fill level and pre-soak. Easy to add detergent and bleach to machine. Cleans clothes efficiently, pretty quiet and in a fast fashion. I would definitely recommend for other consumers to purchase.

The delivery drivers installed the washing machine within five minutes they checked to make sure it ran a cycle. The water came on. The lights came on, and he even showed me how to use it very professional and kind.

The gentlemen were fast, neat, helpful with placement, leveled even before I asked, cut the box in such a way that i could kee it and use it when i move - even placed the box where I needed it to be placed. Very pleased. All spoke English, were very respectful and careful with the machibe and my home. Excellent!! A very good experience!! Even left me a direct phone number in case I had questions. I actually did shortly after they left, he answered promotly and answered my question very clearly and helpfully.

Install team was great. Everyone arrived on time and the had the washer and dryer ready. With new hook ups I bought. Ksmooth and respectful through the house and cleaned up. Even showed us some basic and expert settings we where doing laundry quick after that.

I paid for my washing machine on a Saturday and had it was delivered Monday morning at 8:00 am. I could not have asked for better service. The delivery man called about 20 minutes before arriving and quickly removed and installed the new washer. They left the area neat and clean and reviewed the ins and outs of the washer before they left. AWESOME SERVICE!

Daniel came by on time and very professionally installed the new pedestal for our dryer. He really is a excellent employee.

The installation team was very efficient and friendly.

The installation guys were great ! Arrived at the promised time. Very personable, quick and efficient. Even checked back a few hours later to be sure all was still working perfectly. Devon was the lead man and he was superb ! Adrian (?) worked with him and they functioned really well as a team .

The installers got the job done quickly & efficiently and they were very friendly even though it was blazing hot outside and my laundry connection is in the garage.

I got them to install the washer as they were supposed to haul away the old one. They did the install right. See my scathing review of their "haul away" service for my thoughts there. If you need someone to hook up 2 hoses and a power cord, this is a service you can use.
