Installers were professional, courteous, respectful. They worked quickly but efficiently and expertly. Both washer and dryer were tested and work very well.

I really appreciated having the best buy crew install the washer and dryer that I purchased. They ran into a few snags that I would not have been able to take care of on my own....but they did it all with a smile. They were personable and cleaned up after themselves....Good job guys

Geek Squad did a great job installing our pedestal. We had bought the washing machine earlier due to an emergency. We had to order the pedestal, and it came later. The crew installed it in only a few minutes.

They were great crew to install the new pedestal to our washer. They arrived on time . Did the install professionally. They had to lift the washer, not an easy task, which was fully hooked up. They did the job and left the room clean. We were extremely pleased. Highly recommend Geek Squad install.

Well done. Unboxed and unwrapped no packing material to deal with. A new electric cord and water connectors were installed as my electrician & plumber always recommend when replacing a washing machine. It was carried downstairs and connected and tested. The features were explained to me. Works great.

The movers/installers were very respectful and helpful. After removing our old machine, they gave us time to tidy up the space, then put in the new one. The whole process took minutes. Then they briefly went over the operation and ran the first cycle to clean the machine. We are very satisfied with their work.

The install of my washer was quick and easy. They balked at me when I asked to have the door opening changed to open in the other direction, but they did it.

Installation was fast, efficient and the lead guy walked me through how to work the washer when it was done. They would have uninstalled my old washer if I hadn't done it earlier - that was the only improvement they could do on their website; explain that this was included! Otherwise a good experience.
